Replacing the timing belt and pump Chevrolet Aveo # 1

Replacement of the timing belt and pump will be performed on the Chevrolet Aveo T250, produced in 2008. The 16 valve F14D3, v 1.4 engine, which is installed on many cars of the Chevrolet line. We will change the timing belt to the ACdelco belt 19347445, replacement of the pump with HEPU P795, parasitic timing roller INA 532019420, the timing belt tensioner left the old one, because it is in good condition, ACDELCO drive belt 19347447.
In the first part of the video, we will dismantle and defect all the timing parts and make an audit with a roller (change the grease in the bearings).

По сервисной книжке каждые 60т км., но учитывая какого качества сейчас запчасти лучше менять после 40т км., чтобы потом не попасть на бабки!!!)
