The error you can't figure out starting around minute 25 is one you can just mark as an exception. It's a "gap" error because it's the outside edge so no other features are touching it - which is technically against the topology rules.

Don't forget to save your edits as you go when you are satisfied with the changes. I think you need to save edits before validating again.
