✔Ingredients:
2 large apples
juice of half a lemon
20 g butter (one tablespoon)
2 tablespoon of sugar (40 g)
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
60 g of walnuts (half a cup)
▪️for the dough:
1 egg
40 g of sugar (2 tablespoons)
8 g vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon)
50 ml of oil (6 tablespoons)
200 g of flour (1 and a half cups)
8 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
