- SAP Center has been closed to the public ever since the Sharks held their first home game in February 2021. This is from late March, and my first time back in the arena in more than a year.

I was at the Tank for a practice during Fan Fest. The echo is totally different without all the bodies to absorb the sounds. And you’re right about the temperature. I kinda enjoy that part of it. I like to “feel” the ice.
When you get REALLY early to a game, or go to a barracuda game, walking around the Tank is almost that empty.
I’m a former Californian who lives in WA now. The Sharks are my only excuse to go back home, so it’s now been over a yr since I’ve been back to CA & I really miss it. Hope we’re able to go next month.
That place seems to be ageing really well. I've never been there, but it looks very cozy. Might need some makeovers here and there, but looks great for 1993. They seemed to have built it right.

Great news as of 2022 full house at sap center and masks are mandatory as per California state mandate hope this helps thanks and lets go sharks

Last day I was at the Tank, March 8, 2020. The last time SHARKS played in front of fans. And the last time jumbo played at the Shark Tank. I’m really glad now that I went down and videoed warm-ups.
