As for this ship, wow okay first off I love this show I binged it in like 3 days and i highly suggest it and hope everyone will go watch it, from the actors, to the aesthetic and to the storylines its amazing.
Second off, I LOVE THESE TWO. I havent felt this way about a ship since skyeward and thats saying something. They just have everything; the love, the angst, the forgiveness, the family vibes, the changing each other for the better like knowing my luck they wont be endgame bec my ships are not allowed to be happy apparently but until this show goes on I will love them.
I have so many vids planned for these two so excuse my future spam for carlidia but right now they're the only thing that inspires me to vid.
Also i know i already vidded this song but this song is literally them so we'll just look past that.

Carlos is the best character in the show. He deserves so much better!! He did not deserve to die! Season 5 part one portrayed him as a villain when in reality, Lydia broke him.
But isn’t that how villains start? Choosing revenge over forgiveness and understanding? I really really wish he would have stood up to his mother (she was the real villain) and took his girl friend/Fiancé away to America or somewhere else. He could have possibly kept his family. I think Lidia brought out the best in him 😍🥰 I just wished they would have had more kids together and got married 💔 at least he did the right thing in the end 🙏🏼♥️
@@roseg1333 I think carlos was extremely understanding all the way through but he very understandably reached his limit, his had been conceding too long. I definitely agree that lidia brought out the best in him especially in the first season (season 1 carlidia >>>) but i also think she and Francisco were both extremely unfair towards him in the end, and the other girls judged him pretty unfair too. All to say, he deserved sm better

I cried so hard with what happened to Carlos!!!! He was mostly so selfless and loves Lydia, even though she treated him badly. You can see the light in his eyes disappear the longer he was with her. He doesn’t deserve what happened to him. Even when she was treating him badly, he still helped her out. She wouldn’t even let him talk to their daughter!
No matter what Lidia said, Carlos was the love of her life...

It is so sad because I really loved Carlos so so much and he did deserve way better.. but I can't be mad at Francisco either, he always tried to find her, did everything for Lidia and she was just fucking confused because she didn't want to accept that she doesn't only have one love of her life, I love all three of them so much and they do deserve to be happy, I'm totally okay with Lidia and Francisco being together but still wanted Carlos to see his daughter one last time, this show is heartbreaking but so fucking good.
Look. Carlos deserved better. They could’ve had a complete love story with them finding each other again after so many years. Season 5A even set that up beautifully but then that last few moments… *sigh* This video perfectly encapsulates what these two are. Too bad the writers went with fan service

Ugh, I don't even want to watch Part 2. Anyone else think it's all Lidia's fault? She and Francisco kissed that one time at the cabaret and she said she felt nothing, but then he goes into a coma and suddenly she has feelings? The only reason Carlos didn't go with her to get the baby was because he was already shot. It could've been him in the coma. Carlos was so in love with her and yeah it was bad to lie that Francisco woke up, but let's be real she would've chosen to leave her baby daddy to be with Francisco anyway. Also, Francisco is not attractive and Carlos is so cute 😍 The writers messed up big time.

i am at season 4 and i really liked this show. I loved season 1 & 2 & 3. but in season 4 you clearly see the writers want to change carlos's character into the negative etc. The way I read the comments here has also confirmed my suspicion... now i am really sad! I have now closed with the series ... because Carlos was my favorite character... and he's dead now :(

To be honest, I loved Fransisco so much, that I wanted him to be with another woman in the end... I feel like Lydia (Alba) didn’t deserve a truly good man like Fransisco, and I wanted her to end up with Carlos instead, who is the father of her child - she even chose Carlos over Fransisco time and time again... it was only when Fransisco got shot that she started feeling guilty about choosing Carlos, which she shouldn’t have been... In short, I think Fransisco should have let Lydia go and find someone new, and Lydia should have ended up with Carlos - In other words, Fransisco deserves *SO MUCH BETTER*... and, Lydia stringed both men along for so long too
