I don't see the issue, he didn't stop him asking the audience at all, but rather told him to reconsider all the cities again before making a decision. It's pretty common knowledge that London is situated near the River Thames, I find it surprising he still chose London.

Yeah and sometimes he tries to help one’s out, but in this case he should have butted out. The guy missed it I think because of Regis.😢
