- Testing out and reviewing the Inika Organic BB Cream today, and I have to say, after a week or so of using this guy, it's still pretty impressive. I can see why they use the term "foundation" on the label because it is (so far) the closest I've seen a BB cream get to that level of coverage. Good if you're looking for more coverage. Not so good if you want something a bit lighter in coverage, but now you know!

This is the best organic BB cream I have ever used. So glad you also enjoyed it! This lasts on skin all day and looks invisible on the skin, Does not sink into lines I have dry acne prone skin, has helped my skin heal. And coverage is amazing. Its my one and done product.

What is BB cream as opposed to other cream foundation? Is BB something special?
Picking up my honey tone and can’t wait as I need a little softer look on my mature skin as the mineral power is a little heavy and drying in winter time but great in our hot humid summers 🇦🇺
Yay!! Glad you liked the BB Cream! It does have a pretty strong smell - I had to get used to it and now I don’t notice it. Great coverage...right!?! The foundation is great too!! Both work great for my drier mature skin. I’m shocked you got the Tan and that it worked for you ..you don’t look like a tan skin tone on camera..??? I have to mix 3 colors to get my color which is a hefty price tag when purchasing but lasts me for forever!! I usually have to mix colors so I’m used to it. All the Inika products are pricey -- maybe cause they are organic. Have you tried the mascara? I know mascara is a seriously personal situation but I really like it!

Such good coverage! I know right? The color matching for me has been ALL over the board. I realized I've been going too light so I test things a bit to see what works. I think when I apply it lightly over my primer and moisturizer, it changes things a bit. Totally could see mixing up a few colors to get it juuuuust right. I have yet to try their mascara! Oh maybe I'll give it a go. It's super personal lol- but I love having things to compare to 👌thanks for the recco!😘
This bb cream reminds me so much of Tarte's Amazonian clay tinted moisturizer (not foundation). That's what I used every day before switching the non toxic beauty products and it has the same light feel and look but so much better!

I've been using the W3LL People Bio Tint Moisturizer for at least a year and a half, and I love it... But I was wanting to try something different with a different level of wetness on my face. So I finally buckled and got the Inika BB Cream today, also in Tan. I'm a little put off by how expensive Inika is! All of their stuff is crazy expensivo. But I do like this product so far and am going to use it up. It feels good on my face.

I'm just thinking about foundation and still don't know . Price is high and what if the shade will be wrong? Need time for thinking right now.
Understandable- it can be tricky. I definitely encourage you to search for sites or brands that offer samples so you can test shades! Not all do this, but it helps. Or head into a store if you're near one (Credo?) and swatch away! But I hear ya, it's tricky. 💜

@@adella0110 So,by now i finished foundation and i am half down with BB cream and have to say that they work pretty similar. I have combo skin and love to use both products. Works well when applied with fingers. Little bit of setting powder over but it's not required. The smell is something that I can't name. Don't know what it is! It's weird. But will be buying again,works very good for my skin. Stays well and doesn't separate on the skin. It is not cheap,so check more reviews.

BB cream is typically considered as lightweight in coverage, but it historically is known to be a full coverage, and medical skin healing componented product. 😊

have you tried the d2o setting mist from jane iredale? it doesn’t smell nice, but i still use it because its calming effect on the skin. in the store they used the pomegranate one on me once and it smells really nice, but i’m hesitant to buy it because i get breakouts on my chin a lot. i don’t know what ingredients to look out for because i’m not sure if i have more allergies than the dust-mites alone and since i can’t avoid exposure completely it’s hard to tell what i’m reacting to. sorry about the rambling 😅

Britt Witkin it’s a hydration spray, but i use it to set. sorry if i mixed it up 😅 it’s a gold/bronze spray bottle, says D2O hydration spray, 90 ml. i have one bottle at home and one at work, it’s great to just feel refreshed without washing off all your makeup.
