Time for a mini lesson in the comments:
Why is it grammatically correct to say "dedicated to learning and studying" and not "dedicated to learn and study?"
Dedicated here acts as an adjective which describes something, very similar to the word committed.
The preposition for these adjectives is "to" - remember, this word is acting like a preposition here, similar to "of, for, about, on, etc"
We can be dedicated or committed to something or someone, like a job or a person. A job or a person is grammatically a noun.
The -ing form of a verb is a noun. It's not acting as a verb! It's a concept.
That's why we say "dedicated to learning" or "committed to studying"
