Today I'm sharing my top tips for shopping at Hermes in Hawaii❣️I recently visited Hawaii and had some magic happen at Hermes ✨ I picked up several pieces on my wishlist 😍 And I have been getting questions about shopping at a non-local Hermes boutique and what to expect. Hopefully one day I can visit Hawaii again and finally step foot in Hermès 🥰 as for the twilly on the bag, I think it depends on the mood you’re going with - for a more cute look, with twilly! While without, it would be more serious - but yet could be casual looking too - I suppose it’s more versatile 😝

This was super helpful, thanks for the tips. I'm heading to Oahu next month and your video helped ease some anxieties I was having about even bringing up interest in purchasing a B or K when I head to the boutiques.
Definitely ease into it, but don’t be anxious! It might not happen, but always worth a shot in my opinion 😉💕

@@lolipena8051 No, unfortunately I did not :( I ended up asking at the very end of my shopping but was told that they were not getting any in stock at the moment (but I assume this is what they tell ppl a lot of time). I did get the SA's information for next time and he said to send a wishlist before I visit next time, but that was as far as I got!

I am leaning towards no on the bow as well, maybe you can occasionally wrap it around the handle to change the styling? This is a really informative video hopefully it helps all those who are shopping in Hawaii and everywhere else.
Yep, that’s a good point - to change the look altogether might as well wrap the twilly around the handle 💕

I just went to Hawaii and got the chance to visit Hermès. I didn’t ask for a B or K but I’ve got a bolide in gris perle that I love! Their inventory for everything is absolutely great. We bought shoes, jewelry and silk pieces. Next time, I will ask the big question. Ha ha Thanks for your video and I love the bow actually. I put twilly on my bags because I really want to keep the handles in a great condition.

Why am I so into these informations when I don’t have any plans to buy those bags 😂. Thank you for your video on their housewares, it helped me to really go get one and I was so lucky that I got the illusive sushi plate from the Waikiki boutique.

I believe I share more of those details in my Birkin videos, since that was the first one I got. But in a nutshell, it was a combination of a handbag, home goods, and shoes really!

I like the twilly on the Kelly. It’s just understated enough and agree with you that it doesn’t need to be on all the time. But if you’re wearing a cute dress I think it’s a nice addition.
I personally shop at the Waikiki boutique, but I’ve been to both Waikiki and Ala Moana 💕 if it’s your first time, you can just walk in! And once you know know an SA you can schedule appointments ✨

The ribbon doesn’t look strange at all, very cute! But does it get in the way when you try to access the bag and make it more difficult to use?
Not really, but I am still getting used to the kelly opening. Once I get the hang of it, I might find the bow more annoying 😂
Great tips! Do you know if they still ship items over $10k to mainland US? They used to do that during the store close but I heard they stopped doing that.

Thank you for this video. I would love a yellow or orange or green. If not a gold or grey would be fine. Now I know how to approach. I’m still not sure how to ask. But I did like that they expect to be asked as they know you’re not there long. Thankfully flights from Oregon are cheap.

I am usually a twilly fan for the Bs and Ks but not on yours, your bag has the special exotic touch so the twilly would take away from your bag imo. Great tips, thanks for the video!

is the pricing different and do they ship outside hawaii
There is no Hawaii price for Hermes and they ship for existing clients for items under $400 I believe!
If your NY SA said go to Hawaii it was to test your “loyalty” and now I doubt they will get you a bag before making you suffer 😩
I would be so intimidated to even mention about a Kelly, Birkin, or Constance bag. It seems like the unspoken names in the store, but not sure if it's a different culture in Hawaii. I'm planning to head to Hawaii in a few months and am thinking of visiting the store. There is absolutely no luck in CA, so I don't even bother. I might have missed it, but when you starting talking about the colors of bags, did the SA ask you about your wish list or did you directly tell them what style of the bags you are looking for (B or K)? I don't want to go in sounding silly like I'm asking for a B or K when I'm just going to be a tourist there. Also, what time of the year did you visit?
Yes, I mentioned general bags and sizes as well as colors. I think it helps to stop by the boutique a few times, first purchasing other items you love and then exploring the topic of bags for a future visit 😉

Does the Hawaii boutique ship to US mainland?
It does for items less than $4000 and honestly I don’t think it includes any handbags 🙏🏻

I bought my B25 at the Waikiki boutique. I live in California and she is my only Hermes SA. I've continued to purchase Hermes items from her since we met March 2021. She's great!

Love your videos. I hate to say this, but I don’t care for the Twilly on the touch. I feel like the exotics are next level and the Twilly doesn’t give do it justice.

Yes, I did use my own profile! I'm not 100% sure if profiles are location-specific or not.. if so, I would have a Hawaii profile and an NYC profile 💕

Hermes Waikiki was atrocious in Aug 2022.
I'm conflicted -- on one hand, I like Hermes bags; on the other, the game seems contrived and silly. I'll just get replicas when I really crave for them. The replicas literally have the same leather, hardware, etc.
Why your Birkin is saggy already gal?
I RATHER GO TO EUROPE OR TRAVEL THE WORLD....THOSE 2 BAGS COST ALMOST 20K.. AM GLAD I DONT LET MATERIAL THINGS TAKE OVER MY LIFE !
