Japanese Fruitcake Sandwich

This time I went to a cafe offering good coffee and fruit sandwiches.
The café is in a renovated 200+ year old building, so the ambiance was perfect!

Oh but everything is in Japanese. I was told that means foreigners aren't welcome. 😔

that is not accurate, if you speak Japanese well enough you will be fine. I have simply found that if the signage is in Japanese, you must be able to speak well enough to communicate your intent without relying on anyone understanding English.
