Seraphim!Sans absorbed all 7 Souls (including Chara that attached to Frisk). Basically God Sans of the underworld.
It's rather obvious how Ultra Sans came to be, he absorbed the 6 human souls (it's pretty much the Sans version of Omega Flowey)
but seraphim absorbed the seventh soul, too, DETERMINATION, perhaps the strongest one, which already gives him an edge over ultra even if he JUST had the DT soul, allowing for SAVE and RESET
This ultra didn't absorb the 6 souls it's the legendary artifact that he absorb which is strong enough that it countered some of seraphims attacks like the bravery punch and even able to block the blast where he lost the beam clash.
also revolver used the Reanimated Ultra sans cause if its the canon ultra then seraphim actually might deal need to get serious this once sense reanimated ultra sans has 346 atk and 0 def while his canon counterpart has atk? def?.

Revolver used Fanon ultra Sans, vs that's why he was so easy to kill, canon ultra Sans would be a bigger treat for Seraphim sans

Ultra sans doesn't actually absorb the human souls, he uses the legendary artifact to transform like that (and also dies when Toby Fox absorbs it from him)

He absorb seven souls and is the god of underworld
Stronger than TWO canon Error version,has been a threat to the multiverse
Best feat is 6 souls able to destroyed a timeline,he has 7 souls power level,so he easily cut the universe
2.Ultra
Giant sans
Two canon version and one fanon version
First canon Ultra is weak,only a giant sans
Second canon Ultra is *PROBABLY* as strong as 6 souls power level,but normally didn't count this in since featless just statement
The fanon version is Sans absorb 6 souls and become Ultra Sans,he is 100% 6 souls power level,certainly able to destroyed the timeline
