Evan Neal's biggest issues are play strength and confidence. He obviously wasn't ready to competently play right tackle on day one and still needs work. Build up his play strength and confidence at the guard position to prepare him to move outside when he's ready. Need Evan run game on the line at guard.
Yeah forcing him at tackle mindboggling. Eagles put “bust” Mekhi becton at guard and hes excelling!! Are we just that ignorant? HAS to be a schoen decision. He’s losing me by the day.
@@ajkareem5685 yes he needs game experience, playing under the big lights in a role he can develop. The intensity and pressure playing in games cannot be simulated in practice. Strength comes before technique. His lack of strength affects his confidence and without confidence it affects his processing speed which leads to poor technique. Strength, confidence, technique. I hope they pivot soon before they lose another year of development for Evan. play him at right guard and sit von roten.
