There are a lot of sims builders out there and a lot of them do tutorials as well. It is impossible to keep up with each builder and pretty much everything has already been done and build. When I use other people's ideas I credit them in the description (for example my Eco Modern house I used Simstopias idea of chairs as pillows and I linked her tutorial in the description). But let's break it down shall we: 1. Outdoor fire pit - haven't seen it anywhere but I'm pretty sure its been done 2. Outdoor fireplace - pretty much every sims builder is doing this. Shrinking down fireplaces and making their own unique ones 3. Tall wall arches - I wanted a tall wall but the arches we have ingame don't go all the way up so I made my own. Has it been done before? Probably. 4. Turned around cabinets - every builder is doing this rn, I am just showing how I did that particular room from the house 5. Custom bed - again, its quite a trend amount builders right now using vents and debug items to create custom furniture, I am just following that trend. Who came up with it? No idea, since everyone is doing this 6. Custom plant pots - haven't seen it anywhere before. It's impossible to know who came upon with what first like I said there are many many builders doing amazing builds and coming up with amazing ideas.
@@SummerrplaysSims Exactly! The firepit was pretty cool. The archway I totally agree. Hate to have tall walls and tiny archways...And I loved the pots for plants as well. Don't see anything is stealing... sad that someone had to comment that. The sims is all about creativity. They would not have the gallery If people would not want to share... Another idea for the bed frame, Put shelves above where your sims head goes and decorate with plants, books ect. This is more for console since console doesn't have the columns and those shelf things in DEBUG. 😊 (I don't know if this has been done before, but it probobly has)

Most is from wanting things that are not ingame or they are not base game (this was for a base game home) - like the tall wall arches or the outdoor fire pit or the plant pots. I also get inspired by other builders and right now its quite a trend to make your own items and combine items to make new ones. Like the outdoor fireplace - I'm not sure who came up with shrinking down a fireplace and making your own, but everyone is doing it 😊🥰

Every time I think I’m getting the hang of building and getting on par with good builders, I come to UA-cam and see videos like this. 😂😂😂 How do you all come up with some of these ideas? Talk about resourceful and creative!
The artwork is from the gallery and the rest is from the debug and live edit. You need to have testing cheats on then do bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects and that will unlock a lot of items. You can find them by searching for debug in the catalog
All of those cheats work on console, however pregnancy cheats dont work on console and a few others. The debug cheat is also different, there isn't as much things and its harder to find the items. You can't search "DEBUG" or "**DEBUG**" it does not work. You have to go into "All Items" then you scroll down untill you find the items. (at the bottom)

yes, all base game. It's a pain to find them in the catalog. You can filter for Base game only, that helps. You just have to scroll till you find them or use TwistedMexi's better build buy mod and then you can actually search for them
Where can I find this wooden decorative in my game play. At the point where you hang the wooden part on the door. I find the part for the top of the door neither in debug nor in direk in construction mode. can you maybe tell me in which construction mode i can find this directly. In your video it is unfortunately only in English something with wood plana decorative ???
the top part of the door is a wooden plank and the sides are fence posts. They are both in debug. Have all the cheats on, search for debug and then you have to scroll until you find them

Thats the cinematic camera. Press tab in live mode to access it.

go to cinematic camera (tab in live mode), press page up and then when you go back to normal mode the ceiling will stay
