I honestly think you should build the house of your dreams, you work so hard and deserve to experience building your own home and you can add a bigger home gym and a podcast room you don’t have to break down and can have guests etc

Gabe and Babe I just want you guys to know that you guys and the daily Davidson family is my favorite family to watch.
I feel you with the decisions on buying another home. We sold our home last year, used the money from that to pay off our rental property, and moved to a different state all within 4 months. Pray on it and let God guide you. We prayed, and everything fell into place.
So important to start young with the important conversations! Building your dream home would be an exciting adventure...what a blessing to be in the position to make the decision to stay in a beautiful home or build a dream home ❤
Love this vlog! My mom started the “talk”earlier with my sister and I. As soon as we started school, we got it. Every year before school started until college!
Praying that you guys make the right decision for YOU and your house! Write down, what do you love about you house now. Also make sure you ask yourself, if you renovate the house to your liking, can it then be your forever home? What does the new house have that the current house doesn’t? To all who don’t know, kids need new shoes every 3 months. They also grow out of their clothes if you buy them to fit. Always buy your kids clothes a little bigger. Boys typically have growth spurs every January. When girls start getting breast they will soon start getting their periods. Read up on how we as people develop and you will learn so much just by reading books that matter.

Wow, the kids are getting so big. By the end of this year Ceej is going to be in the men size shoes. Ms Reagan is getting so tall. Gabe before you know it you're going to realize some of your shoes are missing from your closet because Rea figured it's time the two of you share. . . LOL

We went through the move or buy bigger several times over the years. Ultimately stayed, and now we’re glad we did. No regrets. Only blessings.
I say look at your options but nothing like building your own. Your blessed to be able to even have the option to do it. You work hard and deserve what you truly want. It was one of the best decisions I have made. Definitely a headache because we built in a completely different state. But so thankful we were able to do it.

Right now, this world is going in SO MANY CRAZY directions. If I had the opportunity to make my own home from the beginning, the way I wanted it, I would not hesitate. It would be my place of comfort and peace away from the world(though we all know that the process will probably not be so comfortable, lol!) Not many get the opportunity to do this, and it is what we all are working for, to be able to afford to live comfortably and without worries. Wishing you peace with whatever decision you guys decide on.
Hi Gabetv , I enjoy watching your vlogs. I really think you guys should build your home because I believe it would consist of all the updates and finishing touches that you dreamed of and if you do not do it soon , you may regret it in the future.
The kids are getting soo tall guy’s and Reagan’s such a cutie rockin her tennis shoes and it’s great that Ceej is starting track and field, he could possibly one day get a scholarship after highschool, my husband got his back in the day and still good at it.

It really comes down to what's the better deal money wise - renovate vs building.
If that's the same then what's the better timeframe?
If that's the same then think of how willing y'all are to move?
Just my thoughts on how my family would approach, y'all got this☺️
If you feel like this not your dream home then you should build one that fits more your needs and desires. Because that feeling will never leave.

In 15 years the kids will be adults and out of the home, you won't need all that space. Smarter to save the money for retirement.
That's not necessarily true for ceej yes he will be 25 but for Rae maybe not...and that's if they are readyA everyone is not ready to leave home at 18 or right out of college. It Def isn't the wisest if they don't have to!
@@aneshiadarling Doesn't matter if they are not ready. Gabe has already said on the podcast that they need to leave after college since her and Chad can't wait for retirement. The plan is to move somewhere warm like Florida so they don't need all that space.
I think prices went down, because interest rates went up. Will the new house have everything you want? I remember the last time there were some things you still weren't going to have.

Hope you make the right decision concerning your home we built our house from the ground make sure the space is in the rooms are bigger and outlets inside and outside is enough that what my husband did always check on your house to make sure it’s what you want you have to make sure because the builder can say one thing but you have the final decision if you’re going to build a new home I’m just saying with ❤️

I haven't been enjoying eggs these last couple years but I felt like Gabe like breakfast isn't complete without them. I kept forcing myself to make eggs or order them when I'm out but I have accept I just don't like eggs right now but I'm trying figure out what I want to replace them with.
