The villa is isolated, in an idyllic location, amidst a vine yard, olive trees and fruit trees, surrounded by a private land of 7.000 sqm. Few accomodations can offer the luxury of such a privacy. The vast garden serves as a playground for your kids, where they can swing, or you can simply enjoy the sun and the nature, and live your dream of a perfect family holiday.
From its terrace our guests can enjoy infinite view of the Aegean Sea, a panorama, in the full sense of the word.
The rooms are stylish and comfortable, to ensure relaxed and pleasant holidays. A bottle of wine of our vine yard is offered at your arrival with our compliments.

2nd Floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms
The villa is fully equipped so that you have everything you need to feel at home. Extra beds for the kids, and baby equipment can be provided upon request. Change of towels and linen upon your request is also included in the price.

The villa is only 700 m away from the Nea Iraklitsa beach (a 5 minute walk in a country road). Another nearby beach is the world famous beach of Ammolofi in N. Peramos, a 10 minute drive by car.
The villa is 1 hour drive from the Bulgarian borders and 2 hours drive from Thessaloniki airport.
