- Russia President Vladimir Putin on May 20 made a phone call to his interim Iranian counterpart Mohammad Mokhber after the death of Ebrahim Raisi. Putin remembered Raisi as a "reliable partner who made an invaluable personal contribution to the development of friendly relations between Russia and Iran". Moscow also sent a significant message to Tehran regarding the helicopter crash which killed Raisi and his foreign minister Hossein Amirabdollahian. Watch the full video for more.

I have read that Iran used an aging 40 years old US Bell helipcoter and whatsmore I have listened to a prominent Iranian professor Morandi who stated that at the time of their departure from Azerbajain the weather was perfect but on their way the middle distance the weather all of a sudden changed which is sometimes an unsual behaviour of weather. But air defense system on helicopter is not a bad idea isn't ?. US Air force one has such a system too.
