How to crochet a Solid Granny Square with no gaps

Solid Granny Square Pattern (with no gaps!)
CROCHET ABBREVIATIONS (US TERMS)
Ch - Chain
Dc - Double Crochet
MC - Magic Circle
Sl St - Slip Stitch
St - Stitch
Tr - Treble Crochet
Round 1
Make a MC, ch 3 (count as a dc) 2 dc, 1tr , (3dc,1tr) x3
Join with sl st to the top of the beginning ch 3 to close the round
*Place a stitch marker on the 4 tr mark your corner
(16 sts -3 dc per side, 1 tr at each corner)
Round 2
Ch 3 (count as a dc) 1 dc each in the next 2 st,
[dc 2, tr 1, dc 2] in the first tr(this is your first corner)
(1dc in the next 3 st,[dc 2, tr 1, dc 2] in the tr) x 3
Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch 3 to close the round.
[32 sts - 4 corner tr and 7 dc per side]
Round 3
Ch 3 (count as a dc) 1 dc each in the next 5 st,
[dc 2, tr 1, dc 2] in the tr
(1dc in the next 7 st,[dc 2, tr 1, dc 2] in the tr) x 3
1dc in the next st
Join with sl st to the top of the beginning ch 3 to close the round
Add additional rounds as desired by working the following pattern:
Ch 3, 1dc in each dc from the previous round,
[dc 2, tr 1, dc 2] in each tr at the corners,
dc in each dc from the previous round,
sl st to the top of the beginning ch 3 to close the round.
