A lot of care has to be taken while making and maintaining the murabba. *Niyati Patel* The container in which the murabba is kept should be washed with boiled water and dried in the sun or in the microwave, There should not be any wetness or dirt in it, the murabba should come out with a clean spoon, do not put your hands in it. Just like pickle, care has to be taken in the murabba.
This is best one. I was searching for no boiling and throwing water thing. You said we can keep in sun for 15 days, is it in the container , with or without lid? How much time it can stay without spoiling? This is the season, pls, let me know

I loved the recipe but i have a doubt... Doesn't the gooseberry catch fungus or anything while kept with jaggery?

I used same receipe, I kept it for 4 days in a container, when I opened it is giving sour smell, I feel like it is rotten
Even mine after 2 days it was stinking
Better to melt gul in pan and add amla to it and cover and slow cook on low flame. So this process is immediate and hence would avoid rotten smell.
