Taking it so far out do you ever worry a boat's going to chop the braid?
You have to mindful of boat traffic when in use. Pick spots that have low traffic through there, also majority of the line is under water with the sinker rig. 🤙🏼 hasn’t ever stopped me or been a problem yet 👍🏼

Hey mate awesome video! I'm picking up my drone next week Boss+. I'm switching over to braid from mono. Can I ask what praid you use? I'm thinking of going the skyline12 finesse 65lb. I'm running a saragosa 10,000. Would you recommend the 65lb or 80lb? I'm roughly going to be dropping 200-250m out and wanting to catch everything from snapper all the way up to Tiger sharks. Any information would be great. Hope to see more droning videos hopefully in the future.
Hi Matt thanks for reaching out. Yes I use Skyline braid. I have 65lb on my snapper set up which is on a over head tyrnos 20 and Oannes Berserker Rod. I have 100lb skyline braid on my Shimano Tyrnos 50 and Oannes GrimReaper rod. Both combos hold 1000m of braid. Most of my drops are between 200m and 500m. I reckon on the spin rig the heavy lb will dramatically reduce the amount of length you can spool, so I would probably go the 65lb but that’s up to you. You’ll love the Cuta mate! Absolute game changer and an obsession. Mines in the shop getting repaired at the moment, I got line tangled in it. It’s all learning. So take it easy and take no short cuts. Follow the recommendations from Cuta-Copter and you’ll never have any issues like my latest disaster. That video will be on line by the end of the week. Cheers bruz. Jimmy P

What went wrong I’m looking at getting into it I was thinking an electric real !
The repair went well. New motors and upgraded as well. The fella who repaired the drone from horizon fishing drones (Kev) has created a new and improved drone, the barracuda. I now have one of them and it is insanely good!

You want those baits looking a bit more natural brother, less chunky and more ribbon like, I always use mullet in strips. Looks way more natural and life like. No sinker either, especially in the depth you were fishing. Not trying to be a dick.
