Welcome back to another food vlog! This week, I ordered a ton of veggies and Asian groceries from Weee! They came within a day and I decided to cook something up with them the entire long weekend. I start off with an unboxing, and head straight to cooking some Taiwanese cabbage with pork and potato starch noodles. It was super simple and easy to make! I paired it with some kombucha and called it a day. The next morning, I heated up some premade green onion pancake and wrapped it around an egg. This is the classic weekend breakfast that I typically make. Later that day, I made chicken and lotus soup to match the day's rainy vibe. It was a cozy meal to end the day. Lastly, I tried making purple sweet potato for the first time! The first batch was burnt and pretty much inedible. Luckily the second batch was a success and I'd do it again!
