Bboy Victor and Bboy Issei face-off in the 2015 Red Bull BC One World Final in Rome.
Red Bull BC One is the most important one-on-one B-Boy competition in the world. Every year, thousands of dancers across the globe vie for a chance to represent at the World Final. Sixteen B-Boys will earn the right to enter into an all-out battle on the Red Bull BC One stage, but only one will be crowned the champion.
Back in RBBC1 2012, when these two guys were potentially young guns, and now they are among the best bboys in the world.. Time really flies.

These guys have a Goku and Vegeta level rivalry. Right now its 4-2 for vic but they're always so evenly matched in terms of skill level, i think that Vic takes the W because he always throws down some sweet footwork in his rounds.
Dex_0ne victor definitely has more style but I reckon issei’s power is slightly above victors both are dope as hell and as you said equal

Hmmm, I think Victor knows exactly how to defeat Issei. Since Issei does not do lots of top rock nor foot work, it's not hard to beat him if you show a bit of all three. Which is what Victor did. He showed that he also knows a tiny bit of power, but then he showed all his toprock and footwork variations in the battle. And according to Deyzee's analysis, it seems like most of the judges value traditional moves more. So Victor had no issue winning.
+aCelebrationofReason I'm not so sure bro, I think it's more that Issei is so dedicated to speed that he's loosing his technicality. most of his footwork isn't as hard as it looks. it's only difficult because he moves so fast through it. Victor's just more intricate and I think THAT'S what the judges voted for.
Issei definitely has more speed in his moves but victor easily wins when it comes to style

For all you saying Issei won this, you don't know how to judge. If you look at the "Ins and Outs" interview Issei had for BC ONE 2016, he even said Victor won. Issei's power is world class no questions asked, but in battles you have to look at tiny details. Victor has alot more uniqueness in his rounds. You can even see Victor in the 3rd round pointing out that all Issei was doing is spinning in circles. You have to use your space, change things up, level changes, misdirections, things Victor has over Issei which is why he won. It's not about what looks good for the audience.
These two constantly facing eachother in competitions left n right. They ganna be the biggest rivals of the new generation, hands down. ~ Happy for the progress of both of em. They both come a long way.

Victor beat Issei at RBBC1 2012 (round of 16) Victor beat Issei again at CultureShock 2015 (semis) Later Issei beat Victor at R16 2015 (quarters) Then Victor defeated Issei at Silverback 2015 (finals) And now Victor won again vs Issei. They've probably battles other times though.

People need to realise Vic earned this bc one. He wasn't invited, he earned his spot in the world final and was able to go all the way. Dont take this away from him. He was the better bboy that night, no one could do anything about it.

That was a closed battle but I think Issei should have won. Both of them have a power style but Issei's power moves are better in my opinion, and he was more on the beat than Victor

Issei got really high skill dynamics and power, but he's toprock was basically the same in every round. Victor had everything and most importantly foundation of footwork that Issei dont have at all. The true art that build up breaking!
I love them both ..and they are special in they own way .. But I must say this battle issei won ..

this year he real lost, no problem, but in this year, clear 5-0 win againts victor
issei's power moves are insane! but let's be honest. if you honestly have to ask yourself why victor won and not issei then you are not a 100% true bboy. Victor covered just about every angle the judges wanted to see from footwork to power moves, freezes, etc. If issei can incorporate more footwork then he would have beaten victor.

I think Victor won on his more varied foundation than Issei. Dont get me wrong, I'm not anywhere near to how clean these guys are and I'm a huge Issei fan, but Issei tends to go flow one direction where as Victor doesn't seem as afraid to change his approach in terms of his footwork, flow and general direction/rotation

both have similar styles but Vic is hella original with his footwork and transitions! issei's gotten a very good flow over the years and this battle was close, but props to Vic man. He's been working his way up for this and he deserved it

This saga is so damn sweet. Think Issie took this one by the slimmest of margins considering Victor’s style is more unique. But Vicious didn’t close out. Think in general BC one judges are reluctant to give young (teenage age compared to 2016 Issie) swing votes. Regardless both bboys are lifelong rivals and we love it.

When i saw the 16 names of the booys before the competition i thought "the final will be Alkolil vs Issei".
Other names like Lil Zoo, Victor and Menno were big, i'd never expect Bruce to come to the final.

Close battle, but gotta agree with the outcome. I think what people forget is that they are judged throughout the whole night as well as each battle. Since Issei is power-heavy, I'm pretty sure the judges seen most of his moves in previous rounds. They are both very hard workers and Issei is so young, so you know he's only going to get better. He did beat Victor the following year and eventually won the World Finals 2016.

If your opponent has power on your level and he has footwork to top off it off he's gonna keep scoring points on you. If Issei can do power of this level and rock some footwork he's gonna be unstoppable.

Thought Issei edged out in the end by taking the last round, but was close battle so no surprise.
Foundation vs Dinamics. This is really all about personal preference, and judges prefer foundation.
1st and 3rd rounds were hard, I'd have given them to Issei, but Victor definitely took the 2nd. Super close battle.
Bad luck to Issei always coming 2nd to Victor - I feel like Issei needs some new crazy sets in order to come back.
