This is an especially lovely home, I absolutely love it. I can picture happy family gatherings in that beautiful courtyard! I love that lower traditional kitchen, I can see myself canning lots of homemade sauces, preserving the garden produce, and baking bread and pizza in that oven. It even has the sewing/craft room already set up! The bedrooms are perfect too, with windows for fresh air, and not too big to heat in winter. It must really be hard for the family to sell it, I pray a nice young, down to earth family buys it and makes many more happy memories there.

Unfortunatlly due to health conditions, the owner can't no longer live there, even when her memories still give her a few moments to remeber it, but she can't be anymore on her own. And for the daughter is a hard step, but she knows that is the best decision to take.

The prices are sometimes off and this is one of them, as I have some experiences of renovations i think the price should be less than 80K as the renovation will be expensive if you want to make this a nice house. maybe 90.000-130.000 with all new pipes, electricity, inside outside walls, new windows and doors, kitchen x 2, bathrooms- yes it will be an extensive project. In Andalucia, inland this would cost less than 60.000. It is cute, good location, caracters, a space for sauna and a small pool. If there would be some tax incentives like in south Italy or something, it would be easier to buy this at this price and start renovations. Potential house!

@@sarahcampbell-t2gtotally agree. The house does need updating, but it’s definitely liveable. It could do with double glazing and new exterior doors, possibly rewire and re plumb, but structurally sound. The wall does need looking at though. Definitely not a ruin though. More like an opportunity.
@@engineer6250 exactly. We've viewed enough houses to know this isn't a ruin (We actually viewed the neighbour's house down the road). With the work you suggest, it could be a little gem. Love the adega, annexe potential.
This comfortable family home is perfectly liveable as it is. Some fresh paint and one's own furnishings would make it beautiful. Installing rain guttering and flashing by the terrace is easily and inexpensively done in a day.

It's perfectly habitable,new roof, land, loads of storage & in a fab area. Priced well in my opinion.😊
