And what he's supposed to do? Dissolve Megadeth because Friedman was not interested to play metal (as he said in an interview; " I'm not a metal quitarist, I am a rock quitarist")? It would be better if Megadeth's music was..."Risk style" in order to keep him in the band? Marty loved that record... It was Marty who left. Broderick is an excellent quitar player. The worst choice Dave ever made was DeGrasso. I hated his playing with Megadeth, especially when I saw them live in Athens.
And he is in a good shape. I'm sure you've seen worse. I remember, back in 2005 during a gig in Athens, he admitted how terrible he was that said; "Thank you for your applause...I don't deserve it but thank you"!!! Dave for ever man!!
