May I suggest you do another Part 2 (follow-up) video and revisit your sketch design and remove your shading and commit to line drawing of your form/idea and run a more base sketch through the AI. I think you answered a lot of the issues you mentioned in this video. From a viewer perspective, it would be good to see you get a more respectable ‘render take’ from the Ai. As your initial sketch idea is quite beautiful. Just saying
That is a fantastic idea! Really appreciate your thoughtful feedback on this and I will definitely consider doing a video along those lines. Glad you're enjoying the content!
The danger is that management, always looking to shave bucks will go for AI instead of designer intensive exploration.... Look what has happened to photography and what online photographic archives have done done to that profession. However, in product design, I don't think there is too much to be concerned about, but in areas of fashion like auto design, fashion design etc...should be worried.
Designers will still be needed in the future.....however, designers who don't know how to use AI as a tool....won't be needed. I was a trans designer in Detroit, a housewares designer in Ohio and a high tech designer in California and a consultant for the last twenty years of my career....I would have loved to have this tool then.....
You have a really great channel! Your providing your viewers with really nice content and I think ur channel will be very successful!
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me, glad you are enjoying the content!

I think by trying 100% sketch influence, you will receive a result very close to your initial sketch and the AI will just to do the shading for you.
Through exploring a little more, I'd agree that seems to be the case! Thank you for the comment!
