It's not Cobra Kai's teachings that are toxic. It's Kreese's, Silver's, and Kim Da Eun's methods that are toxic. Johnny was doing just fine teaching and learning as he went before Kreese showed back up.

He was doing fine in season 2 if that’s what you mean, but season 1 he was teaching exactly what Kreese taught.
Not really. The tenant of no mercy drove Miguel and hawk into really dark places before Johnny effectively changed the teaching.
Johnny learned nearly everything he knew from Kreese. What's toxic about it? The Art was born on the Battlefield as Kim pointed out when he used his Knife to take out 11 occupying Japanese Soldiers as an 11 Year Old Boy. Seeing how ruthless they were to the Korean People obviously made Kim realize that he had to be just as ruthless back.

The best way to bring Julie in would be for Daniel to seek her out now that he knows Mr. Myagi had a darker past. Julie would be the only one alive that could possibly know about it.

It doesn’t make sense if Julie is the mum, unless there was a twist where demitri was some sort of sleeper fighter. That is, he knew how to fight all along as his mum taught him. He just played a nerdy dumb character. He infiltrated Miyagi Do as directed by his mum to keep a promise that Miyagi gave Julie before he passed away.
Much the same way Julie discovered. She already knew Karate. Possibly his parents divorced and she started training him. Before the divorce and he has been living with dad and step mom. Now Julie found out about the tournament. She has gone their to hand Daniel and Johnny their @$$ in a bread box. For entering her son in this brutal contest. Which as I mentioned in another comment earlier. Her Grandfather was one of Mr. Miyagi's first students Possibly being taught. The skills Miyagi chose not to teach Daniel. Because those skills upset the balance Miyagi tried so hard to teach Daniel.

I think Demetri sounds so unlikely as they would her mother would have said something about Karate or even made him stronger. Maybe Jasmin shows up with her mother Julie Pierce in Barcelona to support Demetri. Maybe Julie tried to teach her karate but she is not the type that is interested.
It seems very far fetched that Julie is Demitri’s mother. It would be interesting if Mr Miyagi taught Julie some moves that he never taught Daniel because he felt more confident that Julie would not misuse the techniques than Daniel. Then Julie teaches Daniel some moves that he never learned from Mr Miyagi.
If Miguel and Sam fight another duo I wonder if Robby is injured and Miguel takes over his spot as captain is it seems captains pair up to fight ie Tory & Kwon fight another duo. Also, it doesn't make sense to have Anthony & Kenny replace people who become injured - doesnt that just mean that those people are out of the competition, if everytime someone got injured new competitors were brought it then it would go on forever and they would have been able to take more people with them and had people picked out to be reserves. Its more likely Devon confesses what she did and steps back to let Kenny take his place, and someone else is maybe injured prior to the comp starting so Anthony takes their place - I think its more likely he is just there to watch and the producers etc put him in a gi to throw off the leaks. Definately do not think Tori's mom was murdered as that would be taking it too far, all for a karate competition? Its too far fetched for a show that is meant to be drama/comedy and light hearted.
Imma go bonkers when Hilary finally makes her cameo. I been wondering when are they going to ask for to come on. She was the next karate kid. I just don’t like that she’s Demetris mom arc. No way they end the series without her. I’m willing it bet anyone she will make an appearance.

Again this serie is about Johnny Lawrence and his story about Cobra Kai and not Daniel. Period. But I fear we'll just get some "shiney-rainbow happy ending" bs insted.
We could still get the shiny happy ending with Johnny taking back Cobra Kai. Remember, Johnny was introduced as the star and good guy of this show.
It's called "Cobra Kai" bc it follows Johnny's story considering he was cobra kais top student. Plus you're missing the point about Johnny not taking back cobra Kai. He doesn't like the history of it considering him being treated terribly is all he can think of. Johnny grew and matured he's not taking it back
Really want hawk to have a moment - they shoulda made it so he sees Tory then he pulls his white and blue parts of his mohawk to just leave the red - and no mercy. Woulda been so badass as everyone loves red hawk. But the way the Mohawk is that won’t happen.

A theory Daniel and Julie Pierce were lovers prior Amanda. They broke up and Julie got a child and she did not tell Daniel about the child namely Demetri and she couldn't look out for a child on her had to give him away.
Here’s my theory:
Robby = Daniel
Tory = Kumiko
Kreese = Sato
Kwon = Chozen
Kreese trains Kwon and regrets after he injures Robby, he ends up having a redemption arc before he dies. Robby will have a flashback of talking with Tory at the nightclub and will feel betrayed after he sees her with Kwon. Robby breaks up with Tory which causes her to have trouble focusing like season 5, Kim notices and tells Kwon to injure Robby to bring out her anger. Robby injured and mother dead cause of Cobra Kai makes Tory angry, she ends up winning the Sekai Taika with a no mercy mentality and leaves Cobra Kai. Tory and Robby reunite after the tournament and he and Kwon end up having a rematch and he wins.
Ohhh i hope Tory will not win the Sekai Taikai she is a betrayal bitch😫
Maybe Julie-san have own dojo. And it's entered in the competition in Barcelona. Imagine that and Julie grew up training with her Grandfather. One of Mr. Miyagi first students and its very likely. Grandfather knew the techniques that Miyagi didn't teach Daniel.
