Some suggestions Super buu (yamcha/tien,cell, frieza,and vegeta) absorbed. 5th form frieza. Future Gohan with metal arm. Any of the dark dragon forms for the villains in hero’s. Every transformation of king colds. Cell max. Z broly with god ki. Z broly black. Metal cooler black.
I agree. If anything, I think modding should focus on alternate oufits rather than fanfic powerup versions of characters. Tons of great outfits are missing from Budokai 1. Also, for instance, it'd be amazing to get Gohan with his outfit from the 10 day break before the Cell Game. Tien, Yamcha, Gohan, Krillin, Goku all have amazing drip you never see in games, only in the anime, the movies or manga covers... =/
Non realistic for me..imagine white hair color for ss3..ultra instinct to vegito and gojeta.. i like mods if added new skill not copy from other characters..

Could you add more Dragon Ball characters, just like there were in btk3 (grandfather Gohan, Namu, Piccolo's children, Devilman, etc)?
If only somebody would make them even tho some of them are listed in the game's ID files so they'll be DLCs or... scrapped characters
