Aside from Daniel Simmons and Deon Hinton (I’m subscribed to them already), what are a few other good style channels to follow? A lot of guys channels are tools with no style (alpha what’s his name) and I’m always looking out for channels with actual style. Great Vlog guys and I Love your style. (And Tim Dessaint is a cool person I guess, but I’m not talking about his channel or channels like his either.

it makes much more sense to put a tastemaker as creative director and people frustrated by this just seem to not know what a CD actually is and does.
the problem isn't the wrong CD, it's that the teams of designers under them get no public recognition and we only know of them through industry insiders (like martine rose for early demna-balenciaga)

Designer doesn’t help companies make money in a short period of time. That’s why most companies would pick influencers over actual designers.

Pharrell is a good choice. SO influential in the whole world, has a very big fashion veign. Not much to say other than that, CREATIVE DIRECTORS dont create everything! Virgil didnt and no other will, they all have a teams and crew. Thats why they've had collections after V's death. Pharrell need to transmite a vision and give them a voice, have ideas, not only focused on clothes, as Virgil did so, expanding the brand. Martine Rose is a good designer, but she doesnt have a big creative voice. Makes good clothes but not great products. You need someone to shock it all at LV, as did Virgil. And Pharrell makes sense when you think about it.
