- Here is every boss theme in Hi-Fi Rush based on the Streamer mode, which gives a bunch of the fightable boss characters original tracks rather than licensed music.
Note that Zanzo doesn't have a standard boss battle like the other characters.

Nah. They did not destroy the company, just kicked out bad elements.
This is something that annoys me: the game reinforces the idea that capitalism is actually perfect and flaws are results of bad actors. You litteraly save the word by purging said bad actors and keeping the infrastructure the same.

Zanzo doesn't have a license song. It's the chase scene afterwards that does.

QA-1mil (Qaimil / Kaimil): standard epic first boss
Rekka: someone who gives rawk hawk vibes, tipical lucha libre cheater
zanzo: an excellent fusion of the tipical bowser and enemy rush boss battles, also a jojo's fan
korsica: an honorable foe, tipical parappa / timing boss, still epic
mimosa: tipical show off celebrity, and fiendish oportunistic harpy
roquefort: a two fold brawl against the brain and the brawn, greedy, and debtful in life to the villain
kale: capitalistic vergil

I love how there's little elements of the liscensed tracks in the original themes. You can really hear it in the tracks that used Nine Inch Nails

I felt the game took inspiration from Devil May Cry, JSRF, Persona5, No Straight Road, Sunset Overdrive, Kingdom Hearts, The World Ends with You, Scott Pilgrim Vs The World and some action cartoons from 2000s and early 2010s.

The bosses gameplay progression wise are similar to MGR bosses (QA-1MIL is your introduction boss like Ray, Rekkha is somewhat simple but does teach you about the game somewhat like Mistral. Korsica not only defects but also requires you to learn the parry like Bladewolf. Monsoon and Mimosa are just bastards. Roquefort and Sundowner play similar roles as second fiddles to the big bad. Armstrong and Kale are the big bad with some reason you might not want to fight him, but have to)

My personal favorite boss fight with song fusion is Korsica. The stepping, the fight, the dialogue... so good!

Average Streamer Mode off player:
The soundtrack is different depending on if you have Streamer mode On or Off in the options menu. On means that there’s original soundtrack playing and Off means that the game will play some songs from other artists

These themes are all sampling the licensed music. The most obvious one is Too Big To Fail, because it sounds a lot like "1,000,000" by Nine Inch Nails.

QA-1-MIL’s theme was kinda bad the first time I listened to it, but now I think it’s baddass
Too Big to Fail is literally the reason I got into Hi-Fi Rush. It’s so much fun and energy-inducing to me
