Is not that she doesn't like Laplus, Laplus is a kenzoku even before becoming Laplus, she is more of a big fan, Towa sama doesn't see her in that way.
Since Laplus gets overwhelmed simping for Towa it feels like Towa doesn't care for her but its just Laplus simping too hard for Towa, that's all.
