oda actually did some of these as requests from fans. when he does it, he usually does two versions, a good future and a bad future.

In Oda's world, most of the women who make good decisions and choices in life age like fine wine, whereas the ones who make bad ones tend to age like milk.

That was actually the design Oda gave for future luffy in an interview (he made 3 different designs and said each was a possible future) nami is also from one of these interviews, don't remember which of the other ones are original.

Actually in the SBS where this picture appeared Oda draw a version where things went right for them and another one where things did not. Zeff-like sanji is the good one and on the “bad” one he turned into a version of Judge. Really interesting one IMO.

The drawing is actually from oda-sensei, you could search the original drawing. He didn’t gave nami & robin wrinkles too (except boa, franky, brook & jinbei)
I agree like I know some women (specially japanese) still look like they’re in their 30s well into their 60s but it rubs me the wrong way how Nami basically looks the same. It feels like Oda just wants them to be pretty faces and nothing else, so he keeps them like that even though its not very realistic.

So, I am convinced that Boa Hancock would really look like that when she reaches the seventh decade of her life. As for the other girls, I know Oda drew them that way (if everything went well), but I feel like he never tries to give an ageing woman an older appearance while still showing her as an attractive person. As for the Art, I think Robin is the most convincing, though she and Nami could have some nice laugh lines.

For Boa it makes sense a little. It is a little weird for Nami and Robin not to have any wrinkles or laugh lines but overall it's still all looks good.

Luffy looks really menacing in his senior years, and I also imagine that he is as big as Garp though it is just my own concept of him in his later years, he can be just as big as a normal person in one piece, but it really depends on oda and animators. 😅

I heard somewhere the other day that the whole one piece saga has only been a few months or like half a year. Just imagine how strong they would all be 60 years later
I doubt they would grow exponentially like half a month like this in any of those next tens of years. If they are at the top who are they going to compete against? How would they know what aspects of themselves are needed to grow? Having this mentality in mind, humanity wouldn't be like these even if there are lazy and less willed people as cooperators for the change. Growth of an individual in theory is never possible to be exponential for a very very long period of time. There is always a wall nobody can explain or a force that will pull them back. It could and would eventually and certainly take them years or decades to know the answer for such a mystery that hinders them. Also there is the thing about the mind slowing down as we age. Unless you are a bacterium who can multiple exponentially while sharing your knowledge and retaining them for the next bacterium, and is capable of conciousness and concrete logical thinking. Apparently, thats what i dream everyday.
If you discount flashbacks which tell important story elements, it is still at least 3 years since there is an important 2 year timeskip that is part of the main Saga.
But the flashbacks are also integral so this timespan is not quite accurate. If the One Piece saga starts when Gol D. Roger is executed, it is at least 24 years - but if you're talking about Luffy's first appearance in Episode 1 to the latest, it is at least 3 years

So most of these were based on Oda’s drawings of the straw hats at age 60, except Boa, Brook, Franky and Jinbe. From what I could find, Boa was based on a drawing from an artist called Rofta, and Franky probably based on art by Delgalessio
