It is Nagamese dialect and used in Nagaland and some other states like Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. It is nothing to do with Bengali or Nepali. But it has influence of Assamese, because it is common language of all north eastern tribes several thousand years back for trade and commerce in ancient Kamrup(the land of seven sisters).
