WONDERFUL VIDEO!!! For those who are not convinced this is a true relationship between Michael & Diana I will tell you it was very real. I went researching because i didn't think it was real. I talked to 2 insiders who didn't know each other & they told me very matching details that totally convinced me!! After that i knew for a fact it was very very real!!! Also, just watch them together,! They are gushing over each other!! I have heard that LMP was a contract marriage but she ended up falling for him & then he couldn't get rid of her. I haven't had any proof of on that yet. But Diana & Michael were very much in love and engaged. She had the ring on at the 1984 AMA's. There is i a pic where she's kissing him on the lips and her hand is on his face and you can see the ring!

Some people on here really either lost it or never had it. You can clearly see in many of those photos that there was more than just a "mother son relationship", damn you have to be blind not to see this. Not true. All he talked about was how much he loved her. In his book/ from stage/ in intervs etc. And in several songs. Even stopped speeches to say he loved her! I know some of u fools don't think blk women deserve to be loved and cherished_ but we Do!!

At the time Diana got married it was reported in the press that Michael was mad as hell over it. That he refused to attend her wedding and would not speak to her for months afterwards. However, I thought this was around the time he was dating Tatum and/or Brooke. If so, it was pretty unrealistic of him to expect a woman of Diana's caliber to sit at home twiddling her thumbs while he was out running around with other females.

I think Diana was MJ'S "ideal" woman. The kind of woman he was forever after seeking in his life. It's not surprising when you realize that in some ways she helped raise him. He was so young when they first met, and he also lived with her too for some length of time. He was bound to have seen her in very intimate settings, as he was maturing, growing up in her household. A young man in that kind of situation would almost certainly be developing some pretty complex emotions, especially for someone as beautiful and sexy as Diana. And she was a young woman at that time too. He said she educated him about art (a subject close to his heart) and I am sure he was impressed with her knowledge and intelligence about the finer things in life. She said that when he was home from touring or working she gave him a lot of quiet time to relax and reflect. She understood his need for that kind of down time, knowing how much stress and pressure he was under when touring, working, and dealing with the "business" end of his career. I have no doubt he loved her for all those things and more. And let's not forget that MJ was more mature at age 9 or 10 than most kids that age. He had already been exposed to quite a lot in life, and was very intelligent and intuitive about adult things. Whether he and Diana were intimately involved or not is anyone's guess. They certainly could have been. However, if you listen to the "Glenda" tapes he said the situation between him and Diana was only in his mind..... but that it took him years to get over her. He obviously was deeply affected by what he felt for her and never really did get over it. It is too bad they didn't end up married to each other. It would have probably been good for MJ and kept him grounded and added a lot more stability to his life. I think they would have been happy together too. Still, MJ was a Virgo and they usually are married to their career. MJ was also very aware at an early age of how a pop star getting married can affect their fan base. In the Bashir interview MJ actually said he was "married" to his fans.... I think he really felt that too, but that doesn't mean he didn't need a wife. I don't think that all the songs he wrote later on in his life were about Diana though. Especially "Who is it", "Blue Gangsta", "Street Walker", and songs like that.
