Yeah not everyone can pull this off only long fingers like yours and it is something different and interesting. Good that you and your family have a great trip. Hope to travel to Japan soon too. Frankly to me travelling is more for enjoying with your loved ones and luxury shopping is secondary, even for me unless i have so much time to kill. Oh gosh, i love Sanrio, Hello Kitty when i was a kid and still loves it. My niece loves it too. A must visit place in Japan. Oh yes, the nylon bag from Uniqlo, you raved about it and i got two of it...lol. I gave one to my sis (in black) and i kept the white one for myself. So good.
I have been eyeing that ring from Hermes. I have a thing for stacked rings and love that the ring looks stacked but is one piece and the differing sizes of links gives it so much dimension.
I love the Hermes ring ! I usually wear yellow gold but don’t mind mixing metals ! My fingers are not as long but definitely want to try ! Thanks for sharing ❤

It is daily essential. Every time we use the little pouches, it reminds us of the nice memory from the travelling and puts a smile on our face! And it is a cheap treat to purse lovers without breaking our bank! Love how you looked in the bamboo garden. Apart from Korean masks, I am a great fan of Korean fashion and some korean cosmetic brands. They make the best CP value products. Good quality at good price! I travel to Seoul almost every year. 😎😎 Like what you do, in recent trips, I spend less time shopping more time experiencing and making life memories. So my recent trips are overall more enjoyable and unforgettable. 💜💜
I went to Japan, for the first tîme, almost 6 years ago now. I always knew I'd love it but, man, while there and by the end of the trip I wasn't expecting to love it that much, it legit exceeded my expectations without even being perfect (which nothing and none is; and I absolutely and genuinely love it that way). Next time in Asia 🙏🏽🤞🏽 (hopefully not that long to become true) I'll surely choose South Korea 😁😍🥰🤗🧡 and my gut is already telling me that it will be a sensation pretty similar to which I had towards Japan. I need to search for the locations that personalize items, those bags would be cute Christmas gifts for my nieces. The location where I usually go sells plants and cut flowers.
Hello, I just wanted to share that I also visited Japan this summer. I went to Fukuoka, Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo. My souvenir was a ring from Mikimoto plus the 15 days we were there were unique.🎉I felt in love with Japan. However I had been younger, I would move to South Korea which I visited a few times already.

Did you stay at the imperial hotel for your whole stay in tokyo? We are trying to look at booking some accomodation at the moment and its a lot to navigate especially with a kid!😂😅
It was a bit rushed since it was the 2nd leg of our trip after Korea, but we had about 6 full days and it was very manageable bc we planned out most major sights and transportation in advance. I highly recommend you pre-purchase any tickets that you can, to avoid unnecessary wait times or lines.
I love that ring! For me that would make a good thumb ring if it came in a large or extra large size. I have fat fingers…I’m on the larger end of men’s sizing. Most luxury brands won’t carry my size so I usually have to go custom. I love Sanrio, though mostly Hello Kitty. I couldn’t afford anything when I was a kid, so as an adult I started buying bags when I discovered that Jujube (a diaper bag company) collaborated with Sanrio. I had an extensive collection that I spent Chanel money on (in total, probably 2020 prices). I have since pared down my collection and started looking at adding a few luxury pieces. If I ever get the opportunity to travel to Japan, I definitely want to pick up some items from Sanrio. Right now, it is somewhat of a dream trip. Not so much because of money but because I’m taking care of my elderly Mom. And my Dad just died. It hurts but he had a long illness and he is now at peace. But I can’t leave my mom for even a full day so travel is out for now. I really enjoy your videos. Luxury can be somewhat frivolous but I enjoy living vicariously. I may never buy the handbags or the jewelry but it’s okay. Of course there is the luxury of time and being able to do self care. I’m trying to spend what time I have left with my mom and making sure that I take care of myself. It hasn’t really happened in the last few years because we focus on Dad.
Sanrio is just so fun! For both children and adults, so I understand! I so respect your dedication to taking care of your mom. What a loving daughter you are. I hope you and your mom are able to enjoy each other’s company and make lasting memories. May you dad be resting in peace and smiling down on you both. 💗

I did a rolling carryon luggage and then my MZ Wallace travel which is my all-time fave. And then I would pack my Tumi tote as an extra since it folds really small inside its own pouch, but for my last trip to Japan I forgot to bring the Tumi so I wound up buying a simple, large nylon tote in Tokyo. Hope that helps!

Yes, while in Tokyo, we stayed at the Imperial Hotel. In Kyoto, we stayed in an AirBnb. Enjoy your travels!!
