This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud home! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes. The model for this home is the “Shout” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,568 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Chance, I'm glad these manufacturers of single wides are FINALLY putting sheetrock on the walls. The homes look so much better with it versus that wallboard stuff. Great video!
Not a bad size. Not every place has to be giant. The way I look at it, the smaller it is the less I have to clean.
I definitely feel like the flex area is a great dining area. You don't see separation between the dining area and the kitchen very often anymore. Your tour showed off the house as very "homey". Nice.

I like the simplicity of this home the features that stand out for me are the laundry rm , the master bedroom on the left, and the guest bedrooms down a hall.
I was very happy to see the air vents in the ceilings instead of the floor so there wouldn't be any furniture placement issues. More need to do this as a standard!

I love the cabinets around the fridge/freezer, a great use of the space. I lobe the little flex areas around the home, top it off with sheet rock on the walls. Perfect.

I watch you quite a bit and you are awesome. I would tell you one thing when people are interested on buying him a prefab or mobile home they’re interested in the home not on the decorations I’m not trying to be rude but who cares about skulls so you’re spending a lot of time filming unnecessary things that is not gonna mean anything to me if I buy that home so I wanna see the home I wanna see what’s the Home has to offer not what Props have to offer so concentrate on that you were awesome. I’ve been watching you for a long time just concentrate on the house and not the way they decorate it what the house has to offer not with skulls have to offer or banjos on the wall have to offer but you are really awesome. You’re a great soul. Keep doing what you doing baby just stay focused lol.

A flex area isn't a flex area in my book when it's the only spot for a table.
Floorplan shows it as the Dining Room actually. But I guess if you just have yourself and a spouse living there, you might just use the island as your dining table and the flex room as whatever. Me, it would be my Dining Room!

Hello Chance! Okay video. You only showed a glimpse of the commode area in the guest bathroom
#1) Living Room needs a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove. Carpet in the Living Room.
#2) Floorplan shows that flex room being used as the Dining Room, which is what we'd use it for. The wall of Cabinets and the refrigerator makes a nice break between the rooms, and makes them not be so open. The back door there would have a Garage built outside it with a Storage unit in it and a big Pantry.
#3) The island needs to be a little smaller with wheels put on it. Need a Gas Cook Stove. A place would need to be found to put a microwave. We don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers.
#4) The barn doors would have to go! A Pocket Door would work fine. You are correct Chance. You could make that area in the Utility Room into a small Pantry. You could also put a good sized Freezer in that space, and that's what I'd do.
#5) The two Guest Bedrooms and their closets would be combined for my rooms. They look like they are the same size, so I' use the one next to the living room as my Library Room, with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace, carpet in the sitting area. The other bedroom would be divided into 3/4's of it being soundproofed and enclosed and made into my Music Studio Rooms; the other 1/4 would be my Office Room, with carpet in the office. The Guest Bathroom seems okay, except you only showed a glimpse bof the commode area. So I don't know if that was wide enough or not. The bathroom would be left as is if the area is wide enough. If it's not the commode area would have to be fixed somehow.
#6) I like that extra back (side) door! You can use it to add extra rooms to your house! Or you can put the garage at this spot instead of at the kitchen back door if you want. Or as just another exit door! We'd probably add a Gym and hobby rooms at least!
#7) The Master Bedroom is pretty nice, and we'd have carpet in here. I wish the closet was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, but, oh well, not a deal breaker. The Master Bathroom...that Vanity does not have enough countertop for double sinks! Remove one of the sinks. Don't really like that type of vanity either. It needs to go all the way to the wall without space between to get stuff dropped down and hard to clean! That wall beside the commode would have to go. I know it's partly there to keep the door from hitting it, but you can install a floor door stopper with no trouble, and without taking up room I would need to sit on the commode without hitting a wall on one or both sides! Actually even with that wall gone by the door, I think that commode would need to be turned to face the vanity and moved down the wall a little ways. The Linen Cabinets are nice looking. I didn't see a door leading into the bathroom itself. Did I just miss it? The Bathroom Must have a door, not just a doorway! Yuck! So if no door, put in a Pocket Door if possible, regular door if not. There's also no door on the Closet that I saw. Again, a door is a Must. Another Pocket Door if possible. The shower is okay, but I would need to change it out, so I'd put in a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo.
#8) Porches all around the house as much as possible, some enclosed and some just covered.

Although there isn't a pantry, there is an option for one. That flex area could become a pantry, or that area by the utility room. I loved that there wasn't any carpet. Nice home, but needed a bit more storage options. Great tour for sure though. Been watching these since April of 2020!

Chance why haven't you ever toward any of the incredible tiny homes in Newport Tennessee they are so affordable and well-built and they are close to it would be really nice to see you tore a Birmingham and to tour and incredibox and to explain how you can add a box to make a really livable space without spending a lot of money just a suggestion love you and your videos
There are options like a fireplace in the living room and a sliding patio door off of the dining/flex room, put a deck off the back kitchen/dining use the kitchen door in the winter months, my moms house burned down 1/26/22, after insurance paid and home demolished, the time to build another and cost, she went this path, got those options and added a large covered front porch, the craftsmanship was excellent and she is now enjoying her new home, all in Clayton did a good job and has some of the best floor plans.

Seems like a good floorplan and relieved to finally see a modern square sink in the bathroom for a change - those horrible round things are so dated. But overall I hate the staging and the decor. Who would want skulls that symbolise death all over their home? Who would want a random mini teepee in an office? I get these are meant to give flexible options and ideas but they do nothing to sell the home for me. Apart from that, I do really like the kitchen layout though I'd change the cream cupboards for a nice bright clean white to contrast with the black island unit.
The mini teepee is set up as a play area . Pretty popular for kids.
Perfect place for me 60 year old Bachelor. Wonderful master bedroom perfect living room for me. Perfect kitchen dining room area. Extra bedroom be perfect for my home recording studio. I love it

Nice kitchen, lots of cabinets for storage. The flex room would be my office. I like the setup of the guest & master bathrooms. Master closet needs a door.
There's a lot to like about this home. I like the flex area and the fact that they included little nooks and crannies throughout the home that let YOU decide how to best use those spaces. I particularly like the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms -- are those laminate?
I have a Clayton home with those same countertops. Yes, they are laminate.

My uncle owns one of them and so does my cousin down in Texas, and honestly they make really great homes not to mention the price on it. Like makes me want to get one and set on some land. Homes now a days are way too much

As usual, Chance, I couldn't see where the microwave was. I'd have to use the flex room as a dining area. Otherwise, this is a very nice home. Thanks for showing it!!!!❤❤
If you're an empty nester or singleton, the flex area looks big enough to fit a 4-seater dining table AND a desk.
Solid Wood Doors for Security Purposes would be a better way to go instead of Doors with Windows.Wall to Wall Wood Floors and Bathtubs in Both Bathrooms without shower doors.

13:19 I like the layout of this home. There are plenty of cabinets around the refrigerator that will allow for storage plus the area in the laundry room is flexible you can either put a freezer in there or you can put a free-standing shelf unit. It would be helpful if you would tell us the size of the bed in the main bedroom like the idea of split bedrooms. And the bathroom right by the entry doorway is spectacular. Kids don't have to traipse to the kitchen or all the way through the house to wash their hands when they come in from outside I like it

That color is called Ecru. Yarn and fabrics are often available in Ecru. Seriously😂

Master closet needs a door and instead of a blank space in both bathrooms how about putting in linen cabinets or closets. This place has nice features but then falls short by going cheap.
That's what I would do, put a dining area in it. I do like it however.

This home has an odd floor plan. It’s decorated very nicely, but I think I’ll skip the floor plan, it doesn’t work well, the flow is off especially with that “flex” room! The primary BR is small and the Primary bath has a strange layout as well. Also, no pantry storage in kitchen.

Not one of my favs but its nice to have these smaller options in homes. I think the flex room set up the way it is threw me off a bit. A dining room set up would pull things together much better. But its nice to give people different ideas of how they can use spaces. My favorite part of this home is the exterior, sweet! Thanks for your continued top notch work Chance! 😊
This is a really nice home with a different floorplan. However, they missed the mark again with no dedicated linen closet. That space across from the toilet in the guest bathroom just screams for a linen closet. The space is there, don't know why they didn't do anything with it.
OK home. They need to learn to have the two halves connected together by a piece that is flush with the rest of the floor. The low price speaks for itself. If a house is cheaper, it’s usually because it is built with lower quality materials.
