We have players on the bench we can develop and I believe that’s why coach is playing some of those players now early in the season developed. The players we have
@edwardjames8610 I am not saying Bates lacks potential- but his shot selection has been questionable-of course due to his injury don't know if that has improved-his 3 pt. shooting is inconsistent but when he is hot he is hot-he needs to beef up- I like the chance Cavs took by drafting him and hope it pays dividends
JT THOR is averaging 6.3 pts per game..0.7 blocks..0.7rbs..and 0.7stls while only playing less than 5 mins a game...and only playing in 3 games!!!....how do ALL OF YOU not SEE THIS!!!!😢😢😢...but YOU GUYS KEEP TALKING ABOUT TRADES!!!!....we have ALL THE ANSWERS!!! already on the team!!!....this is BXLLSHIT!!!!!....wheres our 6ft 8 backup pg in LUKE TRAVERS!!!!!???
After watching ORL, MIL, OKC, DAL, NY, MEM, and HOU the last few nites, its GLARINGLY obvious the CAVS HAVE to get bigger, longer, more athletic and tougher. Great run here at the top of the season, but Koby can't let ANOTHER year go by with no improvements to the roster. A lot of nice and clearly talented guys, but they lack length, toughness and athleticism and please find a legit 3 who is tall, plays D and can shoot. GO CAVS!
That is all well and good however, they really don't have a lot of good options outside of breaking up the key 4. Hardly any draft capital to spend and they are right up on the first apron of the cap tax.
trading garland for a taller pg/sg who checks the boxes you mentioned would be a wise move in my opinion. Garland just hasn't been able to man up in the playoffs or any tough situations from what i've observed. He's small, weak, unathletic, and has zero toughness. He's a great talent, but expendable and not a great fit if we're trying to win a championship.
@@paulgoodwin3640 I totally agree. Trading DG is an unpopular opinion but I’m fully in favor of it. He has to be bigger and stronger. He’s been much better this year but he lacks the strength and toughness this teams needs to compete against Bos, okc, ny. With Jerome, Cari’s, dm and cpj, they could easily survive and prob thrive without him if they get a legit 3. I’d be open to trading okoro and obviously niang along with DG.
Do you think Evan Mobley is an all-star this season?
borderline... getting close....
Yes
Yes
Does the Pope wear a funny hat?
Yes, definitely.

Evan Mobley career 69.5 FreeThrow % ... 79.6% FT this year
I would like to see Thor and Bates before any trades what makes Atlanta good young wings
I agree-Thor was a high 2nd round pick and has potential-Bates I am less enthusiastic about although he could surprise
@@jerrygoldfarb7739 you’re not enthused about a 6ix9ine player who can shoot the ball yeah you slow

DG is definitely a All Star

The improvement to the roster is the player development and the cohesiveness of the group
Also Cavs got a 6’8” 200 pound (up over 25 pounds ) Emoni Bates and 6’6” 215 Jaylon Tyson who could potentially fill in that 3 spot perfectly
