I think might have just seen the most honest interview/podcast episode by a rapper ever ever...Y'all will give Nasty the respect he deserves when it's all said and done!
He’s asking the hard questions, and they are backed with knowledge of the industry. This is definitely the type of interview where you need to write notes👏👏👏
Definately I could tell that Sizwe is throwing in some hard questions but you'd swear they are harsh on the boys knowledge n light but the boy is got the knowledge of the street he's vesseled nd well denched in the street
I've been a supporter of Nasty C since Juice Back and I've never turned back ever since. Whatever music he makes always hits me in different ways which is why I'm always gon support it.❤💘
I like how this didn't come across as a PR backed interview, but us being given access to 2 scholars of the game having a fat chat. It was authentic. Nice one 💪🏿
This has to be BEST interview ever!!!!! ngigcwele ma outy, thats some dubane kasi type of conversation, enqoleni, kushawa ibite, sharing ideas. ay nikhulume kamnandi bafethu
Absolutely enjoyed this interview it's the first interview I've watched of Nasty C. Nasty C is who he think he is. So dope! Sizwe made it a conversation which made the interview enjoyable. Now more than before I want to check in with Nasty C when he's 35.
Sizwe asking you about mentorship and you realize that you don't have it, should give you that opportunity to just go under him. This guy I believe to be one of the best in the business.
I love the way the conversations unfolded. Both your points were valid, brand authenticity is critical as a Hiphop artist artist. However, diversity of expression is equally important to stretch the creative envelope. But this interview was rather informative. Nasty C. You are an old soul. Beyond your music.
I appreciate how Sizwe Dhlomo peels away the layers and tries to get to the core of who Ntsika really is and how he thinks. 👌🏾 This was an authentic experience.
I realised how young Nasty is when he says he doesnt know where Sizwe is from. MTV BASE DBN auditions back in the 00’s is where we first saw Sizwe on national tv. Am I right?
Basically Sizwe is saying you control the narrative as the artist and don't let people put you in a nasty box, no matter how we know you. Be like kanye,
Nasty C is on a different level of thinking Critics: "The song about Steve Biko!" Nasty: "First of all who told you the song is about Steve Beko? The title is Steve Beko yes, the song is not about Steve Biko! it's not a f*cken book, it's not chapters. I title the song the way I want in order to catch your attention, sometimes for different reasons sometimes the word is repetitive in the song. And Critics come with the know it all "Nah You couldn't do what you said you gonna do with your album" but I did! AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU TALKING ABOUT!
Sizwe i follow him on twitter but i was actually paying much attention no him the dude is so cool. i love the guy, the questions though you can tell the guy is a genius.
I have a feeling that nasty c wants to develop an app that people didn’t know they need Listen from 18:32 He even referenced from tik tok and instagram
Facts or very true?...can't name another podcast from the motherland that has already produced as much quality content and guests in such a sort amount of time. Nasty C really is a Zulu Man With Powers.
@@lingelihlelalu5826 check what exactly. I know both these platforms, this one and MacGs.. I m just disagreeing with you on the issue of quality content and the caliber of guests.... I m saying Podcast and Chill is the best podcast rightnow in the country... By far. Even in terms of popularity.
@@talundizkatyhopho4813 and I am agreeing with you bro, I was replying to the person who wrote the initial comment and not you... So I'm basically telling the person to go check out MacG's podcast before making such claims, coz so far MacG produces the best content with the best quality too, his numbers don't lie either
if you really listened to the questions that Sizwe was asking, you would understand that he was trying to coach Nasty C the same way nota did, but because Nota is straight forward, you think he is hating.
You are no longer a rapper if u say you don't need to prove yourself on a verse. Coming on a feature with a killer verse is one of the core fundamentals of RAP.
You can tell that Sizwe reads and observes a lot of Things, He is one of the few good interviewers that SA has in the hip hop sphere.
Ivysons register here❤️✌️
Sizwe is asking the realest questions.
Frfr

I would Love to have a friend or brother like Sizwe... For advice and motivation purposes. Someone i know will never lie to me
Nasty C you inspired many more people than you think, keep doing your thing young king🙌🙌🙌

So true ! Consistency is important in this industry 🤟🏾
Great interview! This is a great interviewer, he got Nasty C so chilled, that he can just open up and talk freely.
I appreciate how Sizwe Dhlomo peels away the layers and tries to get to the core of who Ntsika really is and how he thinks. 👌🏾 This was an authentic experience.
11:04 “ I got over that ‘ who killed who’ on a song A LONG TIME AGO, WHEN I WAS STILL RAPPING TO PROVE THAT I COULD RAP” 🙌🙌🙌🙌
This was a great interview, Sizwe is good at this.
Great interview
Siyabonga gents
Interesting interview, Nasty is a big dreamer. Inspiring young man.
I realised how young Nasty is when he says he doesnt know where Sizwe is from. MTV BASE DBN auditions back in the 00’s is where we first saw Sizwe on national tv. Am I right?
Nasty C is certainly smart fr. He held down Siz for like 10 min towards the end.
Basically Sizwe is saying you control the narrative as the artist and don't let people put you in a nasty box, no matter how we know you. Be like kanye,
Kanye West forever my favourite. Nigga refuses to be what society wants him to be.
Sizwe is so good at what he does!!!
Sizwe Dhlomo kept it 100. Didn't side with him just cause he is Nasty_C. His facial expressions say it all. Great interview!
I see no need to hate nasty c, those who hate him this boy is matured he talks about life through music umuntu woku supportwa lo💙💙💙💙💙
Ntuli?
What do you mean..?

This has to be the best interview of all the other top class interviews on this podcast. 💯👏🏾

19:52 inspired me so much and I have no idea why.
Sizwe is right, I wish nasty c could listen to him more. Sizwe is very smart man
It's a matter of perspective and experience
nasty ,you are showing us the Blueprint young KING ,you the one jita ,you the one
Nasty C is on a different level of thinking
Critics: "The song about Steve Biko!"

"Abanye bawo coconut abanye bayilokishi'😂😂😂🔥🔥🔥
Nasty C has the truth🙌.
23:12 I like that fact, when cameras are off people need to behave in a normal way.
I HONESTLY CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS ONE. I HAVE PRETTY STRONG FEELING IT IIS GOING TO BE MY FAVOURITE ONE.
REMINDER SET! SEE YALL AT 6PM IVYSON'S !!

Nota is watching this every single day having restless nights. 😂 Nota I hope you get chest pains watching this. 😂

I have missed Sizwe Leo D Genero The full clip days.
Nasty isn't just a Nasty Cat but a Smart Ass Cat!!!🧠❤❤
That Jay-Z X Linkin Park collab was a surve move on code-switching. I appreciate Sizwe broaching the subject with Nasty.
Inspiring content❤🔥🔥🔥
Its been Wayne and u all along in that i believe in music as ma true purpose
We waiting impatiently over here ✌
Nasty understands the technicality of music, but when it comes to industry knowledge I worry about him and I hope he has the right people around him.
You are no longer a rapper if u say you don't need to prove yourself on a verse. Coming on a feature with a killer verse is one of the core fundamentals of RAP.
Enjoyed this episode ❤️
