Is this a 92 or a 97 and I just replaced a bad alternator and 2 weeks later no charge light car dies driving me crazy do you think it’s the new alternator or another issue? If so what could this be
it's a 92 I accidentally said 97. My guess would be a bad alternator with a manufacturing defect or imperfection or a poor connection between the alternator and the battery so I would start by checking the voltage at the alternator, unlikely the fused poped but check it just to make sure you could also have a bad battery that's not holding charge causing a voltage drop when driving making it die. Also make sure you have the right amperage fuse in the location. Hopefully what I've said has been helpful.
@@FrailOmen two bolts maybe 4 if i remember but theres a nut on the back so you gotta have a wrench behind it i rewired my whole truck so i covered that hole up
