Everyone knows Carly Smithson and Michael Johns should've been in the Top 4 with the two Davids. America really screwed up that season - luckily the two Davids still made the top 2 finales.
Awesome tribute! Carly was pretty much the show for me this year so I got a few weeks off this season.
Covering for Archuleta's lyrics flubs is nothing compared to what is going on this year on American Idol. Megan, MattyG, and Anoop were all placed into the finals by the judges despite better performances by the others. Carly is my fave of all time on Idol.

carly is awesome...should've made it to atleast the final four. my favs that season was davids, carly, and michael. cook did copy chris cornell's "billy jean" but he still did a great job. he did mention that it was someone elses version during the snippet before the performance.
It was just as funny the first time I saw it, Slezak was right on.
no not lame i wanted to also but there was a lot of people in the room and the were like haha carly went home just cuz they new i loved her and wanted her to win so not lame
Slezak And Baldwin Are funny - but to say brooke white is talentless and got pitty votes thats irittating becasue shw was very talented , singer-song writer type
