The Seraph was the very last model made by RR prior to being sold to BMW.It was second only to the Silver Cloud as beinģ the most beautiful car RR ever made,a truly classic design with lovely proportions.Sadly the RRs of the last 20yrs or so just aren't in the same class.Yes they now make big bucks and sell big in the Middle East and Asia but have lost character and class.

As the owner of a 1964 Silver Cloud III since 1982, I have to agree with you, although I think that the Cloud is the best looking Rolls Royce. I wouldn't swap it for anything in the current range.
An example of when Rolls-Royce made Stunningly Beautifully Cars. Now they're all Square and hideously Ugly. And I have yet to hear an American who can pronounce Seraph, Correctly.!! It's a silver Identification Plate he states, I Duno What this thing is.!!! Well, after all, he is American.!

How come? The engine, transmission and the climate control system are straight from a BMW 750i E38, among other things.

I agree with your opinion about the looks, but having a BMW engine it is hardly prior to being sold to BMW.

It's not closed fully, that's why it looks misaligned.
I believe the color is called Iridium. I didn't like the sound of the bonnet being closed.
