In this video there were students (Medical ,Law students) Who were returning from
Manipal to MANGALURU
If Students are treated this way calling
Them criminals Idiots And many other filthy words In Tulu.

The Students Were not only getting
Late also irritated for no reason so They asked. The cop to send a legal notice For allegedly Saying StockLed Lights Are modifications Which Comes
As Stock Approved. By the RTO
FYI ....The. Students were in
Toyota. Fortuner which come with LED lamps
And they were not switched on , only the Day time lights were on
The. Students We’re made to wait for
More than two Hours because They didn’t
give them Money All they wanted is money
They stayed reluctantTo Pay As the headlights of The car come with Projectorsetup Which Is Stock fromCompany
The cop clearly wanted bribe
And the police department
doesn’t need such officers
who aren’t even respectful to
its citizens

STATING AS PER RULE BOOK
* If a policeman is taking bribe or doing anything against law than yes, you can film, without consent.
so basically when it come to morality ,there is no reason not to video a police officer on duty.
* If policemen is not doing anything wrong morally, then we should respect his privacy.
If we really wanted, then gently ask for his/her consent, hopefully they won't mind.
