Mark Heap. Absolute fucking brilliance & remarkably he hasn't aged a day since the likes of Spaced (in which he played a similarly oddball character, Brian), Big Train etc. Love him in Upstart Crow too, in which he plays the scheming Robert Green - the polar opposite of Jim.
We binge watched the whole lot of these and loved them. However, there are a few clips here which I definitely don't remember from the series so maybe I need to watch them all over again!!!!
