@GeekaWhat Did you turn off XMP/Expo to be able to run 4 ram sticks?. I have read that AM5 having issue running on 4 sticks more than 5200Mhz

Hello! My Asrock phantom gaming 7900 xtx keeps making black screens every 30-60mins so hard i need to restart the entire pc.
MY PSU is a MSI MPG A750G, maybe it's too weak. I wanna buy a new one could that solve the issue (I had the gpu swap once, and now again for "repair"/"replacement")
I'M looking for MSI MPG A1000G / bequiet Pure Power 12M / Corsair RM1000e. I thought when i buy a new one, just to be sure go 1000w.
Also guys he left the plastic on the ssd heatshield cover, please remove the plastic on the board side, or you will overhead your ssd.

Just build almost the same, 7800x3d and 7900xtx taichi.. ddr5 etc. My first game pc sinds 2010 and it runs so smooth!

@@bismarckrathod5890 I have built almost this exact build myself (except I use air cooling) in November 2023, and today I finally got to set up cyberpunk. I have benched 85 average fps (63 fps 1%low) with everything ultra/psycho + path tracing. 118 average fps with same settings but without path tracing. On a 2K monitor. With FSR 2.1 set to "Ultra performance", though, and with AMD Anti-Lag. Really did not expect it to do that well, honestly.
can i know the temps of the 7800X3D on a stress test? looking to build a similar specs PC so need a temp count on the cpu? anyone have any numbers on their hands?
I got the exact same cooler, PSU, GPU, and CPU and I just can't figure out how to plug in cooler's controller :S

No problem at all but aircooler could be more effective. I have the NZXT Kraken 280 AIO and the Temps are very handable. IF you need detailed Temps let me know

According to AMD, if you populate all 4 ram slots, ram will be limited to 4200 mhz.
im getting this style but the 7800xt instead for a mid range build. IS the 7800x3d overkill ? or do you think the ryzen 5 7600x is perfect for the gpu ?
ryzen 7 7600x limits the card a lot bro, if you want to extract maximum performance I recommend choosing the ryzen 7 7800x3d. Then you will have greater performance since it is a powerful processor!
@@Anonymous_274 man I wish this was commented sooner, I ended up getting the ryzen 5 7600 non x. Tho to be fair I mainly play fps games like val and I'm getting more than enough frames with my monitor. I'll most likey upgrade my CPU in the future tho ! Ty for the reply :)
Getting random power spike/sudden shutdown if undervolt with 7900 XTX Nitro+ with CM SFX 850W gold plus here

what would you recommend if we want to get a higher CPU + Mobo performance?
Imho No higher CPU performance over 7800x3d yet, in terms of gaming. For the Mobo there are 400-500 $ boards, but I can suggest Msi x670 tomahawk, which is pretty sick and not over priced.

I've seen a few builds in this case and everyone of them had to remove the fans to install an AIO, maybe having them preinstalled isn't the best idea.

yes minimum 850w or if you have more money go to 1000w

What do you think should i go with r9 7950x3d or 4090 as an upgrade if i can spend some more
4090, you are already gpu bottlenecked so upgrading the cpu would do nothing more
only gaming? 7800x3d wins , has only 1 ccx. 7950x3d has 2 ccx, so both 3dv cache has o comunicate with both sides , resulting in more latency , and ofcorse less FPS tthan 7800x3d

@@Sultan-44 streaming will use the extra cores now and in the future. The 4090 will give you extra frames in some cases and the ray tracing is better, but it also cost a lot more. An upgrade would be the processor. Don't think the extra nvidia stuff is worth the extra. Also, in the future, you could upgrade the GPU.

I dont know about you guys, but performance for me is more important than aesthetics, spend less money on rgb and aesthetic stuff and gou can build one with a 7900 xtx and a r9 7950x3d for $2200

Hi guys. Is it true that AMD GPU have more issues compare to green ones? I don't know which GPU should I go as I am still new to all this.
Amd is not as bad as people may say but what is your budget? I currently have an all white 4090 build with a 7800x3d and 64 gigs of ddr5 corsair vengeance ram at 6,000 mhz. My build currently costs 4,200 and I have a few more things I want to add.

@@alvinchin8007 ok you can go with a 4080 build or a 7900xtx. Is the build going to be all black or all white? I would recommend an all white build. How much ram do you want? What size case a full tower or mid tower or mini? I will reply to this comment with a few different complete builds.

@@alvinchin8007 no it shouldn't. Now I have only had my new pc for 1 to 2 months but I also clean it bi weekly which I will clean it tomorrow and I also keep the area clean where I put the pc. Also the all white looks so much better. Ok I will make an itx build and a mid tower build for your price range and see what I can do on pc part picker and get back to you. Can you go higher then 3k or is that the absolute limit?
Im so pissed. I was trying to do all white in Canada this christmas and they ran out of stock of white RAM, PSU, and Motherboard. So I have a bit of a mix. But im thinking i will just custom paint them. Heard lots of folks have had luck with very carefully using automotive spraypaint. (Not for the motherboard obviously, but for the heatsinks on the mobo and the RAM, and the casing of the PSU if you fill in the grills first).
Could you build the cheapest possible build with the same performance as this build? Now you bought specific white parts costing more then normal once. Could you post a comment on this video of what parts to use if you don’t care about looks but only price and performance?

@@co2_os ok so here is the parts list and I will put a few different options for some of the parts so you can pick whichever one you want and also all of the parts are from amazon. The build will cost similar to the one in the video but you can cut back on some parts- the 2023 corsair 850e power supply, the case would be the one in the video or the corsair 4000d rgb that comes with 3 fans, the 360 aio is the corsair h150i elite capellix xt, for the ssd a 1tb wd sn850x or a 1tb 990 pro or another gen 4 ssd and you can go for more storage, for the ram teamforce delta 2x16 cl30 amd expo, for the motherboard the asus x670-p wifi (which is the cheapest x670 board I could find with white or silver accents) or the nzxt b650e or the gigabyte aorus x670e pro x or the msi x670e gaming plus wifi or the asus prime x670e wifi or the gigabyte b650 aorus elite AX ice or the gigabyte b650 aero g or the asus rog strix b650 A gaming wifi, for the cpu the 7800x3d the same as the video, the gpu is the same 7900xtx hellhound spectral in white, and 1 corsair icue af120 fan for the back of the case. The total on amazon is 2,281 before tax and shipping. If you want white cables you can buy from asiahorse cables are white with no rgb or lian li that are white with rgb.
I got the 7900xtx Red Devil
I have a 7900xtx but it seems to get around 5k less 3dmark score than the average for a 7900xtx. Thermals are fine. Bios and drivers updated. Anyone got any ideas why this could be happening? It's a sapphire pulse model not reference
What's your CPU? I have the 7700x with a 7900 XTX and stock I get an average 29000 GPU score while OC'ed I get an average of 31000. My CPU score hovers around 13000.

@@alsius9162 Strange. I have the Power Color Hellhound model and have never scored lower than 28000.
@@alsius9162 have you monitored power consumption and voltages? It may that either your card is rejecting more voltage in an effort to save itself from damage, or your motherboard or power supply can't supply enough. I suggest running an OCCT power test and using the built in monitor and Hardware Monitor at the same time to diagnose the issue.
@@eliasalcazar6554 I have a 1000w psu and the strix b650e-e mobo so I don't think that should be an issue, although its not something i have any experience with tracking or changing
I went 1000 unit psu on my 7800x3d and 7900xt, sure its overkill, but like you said about the AIO, "why not?!"

Update, shit runs wonderful 280-320fps in mw3 multi-player, 100+ fps avatar. I do notice slight stuttering on shader load, but it quickly stabilizes to smooth as butter , but still....why the stutter?

@@MrSpicoli27 nah it’s just that 4K is quite a bit more taxing on the GPU than 1440p ultra wide. U won’t have to worry about turning down settings as quick at 1440p UW than 4k

Was able to build almost an identical PC in black, with a 4080 gaming x trio / i7 13700k cooled by an NZXT Kraken Elite RGB, all in a NZXT h9 flow. Was able to build it for roughly $2100. Aesthetically, this build is cleaner tho.
Looking to get a very similar build with the Kraken Elite RGB too, has it been worth the extra money for the customisable screen on the elite or would you have gone back and gotten the non-elite instead for a cheaper price?
Same just with a regular black 7900XTX and 12900KF. My cable management is myeh since it's a personal rig I could care less.
@@xGlup I was able to get a few things for a very competitive price so I didn’t mind spending a lil extra on the AIO. Since some CPU’s run hot I can justify the extra money for the cooling. As for the AIO screen and customization, I would highly recommend it. I didn’t have the budget to make my setup super appealing but with that screen going, it makes my whole build look soo much nicer.

Super confused as to how many fans this case comes with as he says 4 in the video but corsairs website says 3 but misleading
Idk how the glass panel did not shatter on him letting it drop to the table like that. Iv had 2 brand new glass panels completely shatter doing the same exact thing on my 4000d rgb airflow.
Unless that one in particular has a metal frame protecting it corsair glass panels are the weakest most trouble some panels I have ever used.
You have to handle it like your doing brain surgery to get it off and back on in one piece. Why I will never remove it again unless the whole pc is laid down since they are the weakest most non reliable case panels since the hooks slip as soon as you loosen the nuts or even think about to start pulling it off lol
Yup, just spec’d the same build out. 4080 and 4090 prices drove me to settle on the 7900 xtx - yeah, I can afford it, but why would I pay $2300 for a 4090 or $1600 for a 4080 (if I could even find them new)?! I’ll just wait and upgrade the GPU when new hardware comes out / things settle down.

If going for 1080p, get the 3060 12gb used, if going for 2k gaming, go for the RX6800 used
