360p refers to the video quality :P the audio codec used by youtube (called Opus) has nothing to do with the "Quality" setting you find under the gear icon . Regardless, if you were interesting in good sound quality you wouldn't be listening music in youtube anyway.

According to my info the file is M4A encoded at 129 kbps. I agree that the bit rate of this file could have been higher to render a mix produced in a recording studio, since lots of effort went into making this mix. Besides all, well done @DeeJayTommyStocca.
