OMG I just said aloud “I’m so confused!” I’m so upset that everything is not included as described. I have an event tomorrow and just sat down to do my nails, and the directions totally confused me since the proper materials weren’t included (as they were supposed to be). What a disappointment!
Thier direction are the worst! Nails are fantastic. Directions suck!! This is not a way to run a business. I’ve wasted my entire weekend trying to figure out what the hell to do. The boxes I have don’t even say anything about applying with curing gel. They just say glue. And what about this tin of new “gel filled” that’s not even a correct phrase. do they mean gel filled nails? gel filled ridges? gel filled what? Went on the website to find out why I should use the “gel filled” stuff to apply the nails instead of the glue or instead of the building gel says nothing! Nothing about the product. just a big tub of “gel filled” with no explanation of why I should use it. And yes on the boxes after saying g to apply glue to nail They just say apply with glue, and say “no curing necessary”, but!!! I think what they mean is no curing necessary until you then also apply it to the back of the nail as well after you’ve put it on your fingernail and the. Yes, (then cure) but the way they make it sound as if the nail glue doesn’t even curing!! so is there nail glue, and then there is curing glue and a curing building gel and curing basecoat and is curing topcoat. This is all very unclear. basecoat??? I don’t see anything about a basecoat anywhere, but I just saw another one of your videos that says add basecoat on top of the presson nails!!! then add topcoat basecoat? I have basecoat and then a topcoat. Some people say add a building gel coat and then a topcoat what is a basecoat what is a building coat? What is the topcoat? What is gel nail curing glue? You guys really need to get it together and make this simpler. You guys gotta get some translations going that makes sense to people who don’t speak, the same language as you. Or get some thing better than AI to do the translating even your instructions on the boxes are not correct English. I love your nails!!! But obviously this is frustrating many.

@@BTArtboxNails no i understand- sorry , i have the physical set in front of me and the instructions it comes with, the paper instructions don’t say this part. It actually states “no curing needed” but then tells me to come to here for other videos and I’m seeing that curing is needing- so the packaging instructions matching the videos would be very beneficial if it is in fact better to cure first. Thank you for replying! ❤️
They don’t know how to write directions. This is what I think they met. I think they meant you don’t need to cure when you’ve just put the glue on your nail, but then after you’ve also in added it to your nail, then you’ve put the glue on the backside of the nail and stick it on then you need to cure. I think!! This is why nails are falling off! They are very unclear with everything. I think there’s some AI that’s translating everything incorrectly. on the back of the box they don’t even tell you how to use the, curing gel, etc., attach the nails.
I am so confused. My kit only came with the glue and top coat. If it's a kit, why didn't it come with builder gel? So I have to buy it separately?

Wait...what??? I've never used builder gel on mine and they still last 3+ weeks. What's the builder gel for?

1:20 seconds in the video says to Apply a thin layer of gel nail glue on your natural nail and cure 45s
