Okay. Everyone opens a controversial subject this way, feel free to demonise me! So a lotta folk are saying these channels are fake. Fine, it's true: most are but look at the timetable some creators put up... BEFORE YOU JUDGE a video. This kid/girl/lady (Can't tell their age, sorry) is only being edited to show the skills required to live off-grid comfortably and no, it isn't what would be your first instinct, hence the timetable in the vids. This one took 30 damn days so don't start criticising before you know the facts. 30 days into 20 or so minutes is not giving the full picture and Hell yeah; it's an achievement but, just look carefully at the skills involved. Christ! You may learn some sh1t. Another channel that demonstrates this is Ana's Bushcraft. Look it up for yourselves. I rest my case. Take care all and don't be too quick to call a channel out until you understand it, eh?
