Using the Canada Line to get to Canada Place Vancouver's Cruise Ship Terminal

UPDATED Prices as of July 2022
The Adult fair on a normal weekday is $9.45 2 zones single fare coming from the airport. (Includes a $5.00 YVR add fare because you are coming from the airport.)
From Canada Place to the Airport the Adult 2 zone single fare will cost you $4.45
On weekends or holidays, the system is one zone and will cost you $8.10 or $3.10 on the return trip.
Child or Seniors 65+ the fare is $8.05 coming from the airport or $3.05 on the return trip.
On weekends or holidays, the fare is only one zone and will cost you $7.05 or $2.05 on the return trip.

A cab/taxi from YVR Vancouver Airport to Canada Place has a flat fee of $38 Cdn. (As of May 2022)
UPDATE January 2020
Uber/Lift have started service in Vancouver as of Today Jan 24/20. They have a pickup location outside the International Terminal and can drop you off anywhere in Metro Vancouver. Uber/Lift will not be allowed to pick up at Canada Place on Cruise days. I guess you will have to walk to a hotel and use the app from there if you want one.
