    For those that were not able to add a A5 clear cover to their order, does anyone know if the midori A5 clear cover fits or any recs?

      @@Fanncy143 good question. I pinned your comment in hopes someone could see and answer. I can also ask in my next live. I don’t have that one or I would try it. Can do measurements on my live too if that helps at all.

    I am very happy with my T & P planners. Ai one time I worked full time and had three children 5 and under - it would have been crazy to launch a planner and move at the same time, I chose to give her grace. I kept my folder as well

      @@annettefertitta6868 yes I totally agree. We all deserve grace. I am really surprised I switched to T&P as I have been such a fan of SI and PT, but they are such a great new (and existing) design for where I am right now and what I am looking for. They happened to be an expansion what I felt constricted by at this time of my life. Each year is a new discovery and these aren’t cheap either. Thanks for sharing 💕

    My A5 is currently sitting in customs. I am so excited to receive it. I am especially excited to see how you set yours up so I can get some more ideas for my own. Twines and Paper has some issues on the business side that hopefully she will work out. She is obviously a very talented designer and I am so eager to be able to use horizontal and vertical layouts in one planner. Katie so eager to see what you do! Thanks for another video!!

    Thanks for the look through. I literally ordered mine like two weeks ago and am not super stressed about receiving it but I’m excited!

    All the bad reviews about the Twines & Paper customer service, delays, poor communication, lack of accountability, questionable excuses are all true. The product is beautiful, yes. But if you want to spend your money and not be respected as a customer - to have your emails/FB posts, FB messages ignored, to have no clear or honest timelines of when your item will ship or even IF it will ship, to be told "its just a planner" - this is the place for you. Planners and planner season are meant to be a source of joy, instead the whole experience has been nothing but frustrating, insulting and aggravating. All the negative reviews and comments out there are absolutely 10000% true and have been consistent year over year so it is not limited to any "personal issues" that have happened this year. This is simply her reputation now. Buyer beware.

      @@carinas_introverted_plans correct they are all true. Not denying that. But there are also some people out there that had an ok time. I mean I recognized the communication was lacking so I was posting a bunch of screenshots to relay info only to help but I don’t feel responsible for that and am no way affiliated. I can only share my experience and the rest of the energy needs to be pointed at the company. I am a patron that had a lucky experience. I do consider myself lucky. Venting here may make you feel better but she won’t see it so it won’t help. I am not saying anyone’s experiences are false. I do very much agree with buyer beware even when my experience was good, but I didn’t have to raise a single concern with her. In no doubt is it off the charts frustrating. It’s why I am not defending her in the Facebook group. She needs to make things right.

      @@i.am.katiesanders the feedback is absolutely not directed at you and I am not pointing any fingers your way - hope it didnt come across that way! I think you did a great job of sharing your experience and quality of the planner, but also highlighting there were concerns from others. I also bought the B6 and that process went smoothly. I think the product should receive the appropriate praise (beautiful quality and unique layout - can't say otherwise) but the negative experience should also be accurately conveyed (not saying it should be you, I am referring to my feedback). The fiasco with the A5s was just too much. It really makes no difference to me whether Cansu sees this feedback or not. Everything has already been said in FB. I want potential customers to see this feedback so they can make an informed decision about what they are getting into. I also don't consider that I am venting. I truly just dont want anyone else to go through the poor experience that me and many have others have over "just a planner". Thank you for the review. I'm enjoying seeing others receive their planners and I hope my A5 arrives before the New Year.

      Thank you for clarifying. I am already getting negative comments here and I am leaving them up for the same reason. People do need to see there are upset customers that need to be heard. Especially ones who have experienced it year over year. And not everyone is on Facebook. The number of people who are subs here that never heard a word was way above normal. Emails needed to go out and I didn’t receive any that pertained to delays. I was going to order some more things from her store but not so sure now. Or at least I know it’s risky. That’s what people need to know. I appreciate you coming back and explaining. 💕 My autistic brain can read things differently especially since I know more comments will be coming. I am trying to be objective about it all. Everyone’s experience is valid.

      ​@@i.am.katiesanders I re-read my initial comment and totally see how it came off as being directed at you. So sorry about that! Thank you for giving me a chance to clarify! I hope you are not on the receiving end of any angry comments because you are a customer just like everyone else and sadly, who has and who hasnt received their planner(s) is completely arbitrary and I dont think there was any preferential treatment for anyone. Like you said, try to remain objective and enjoy setting up your new planner! :)

    I wouldn’t do the most expensive either. I purchased the weeks sized books and B6 and went with a Just Scribble A5.

    I paid 60 Euros for shipping in August, for two separate orders, one for the 2024 Weeks and one for 2025 B6. To date, I have received ZERO planners.

      That’s extremely frustrating! And with no communication it adds on to that frustration even more. Sometimes the only thing you can do is contact the credit card company. Are you going to wait and still see if they come?

      @@i.am.katiesanders I’m going to reverse the charge today. She told me under my comment for Just Scribble’s video that she had already sent mine out, and that was 3 weeks ago. Still no active tracking on either DHL number that I was sent a few months ago.

      @@i.am.katiesanders Plus, I already moved into my Plans by Just Scribble and I love both the A5 and A6. I’m also already moved into my Journey Planner (for memory keeping and health tracking). Did I mention I also have 2025 Hobonichi Cousin, Weeks, and A6 Techo? And a 2024-2025 MomAgenda. And an Erin Condren Daily Duo. Please send help.

      That’s disappointing. If you can see no movement, she can see that too. And so can the credit card company when you show them proof you didn’t get it.

      Oh my! That’s a lot! I have a couple extra planners and I’m overwhelmed! I do know people can have large stacks and it makes sense to have them for specific purposes, I just ran out of purposes 😂

    So I ordered the B6 and cover and forgot about it,but I also ordered very early. I received mine in late October. I knew it was a preorder and she had crazy life stuff happening and thought it was worth the wait to try. Maybe I am more used to the wait because I'm in UK too. I wouldn't have ordered the A5 because that was not a sure thing at all.
    Anyway, love the walk through and love the planner.

    I just want to say this. She has kept in communication with you unlike the rest of us. Many of us got shipping alerts months before our packages were ACTUALLY shipped. She did not communicate with her other customers back because they DO NOT have UA-cam channels and are promoting her product. After everything the bleed threw after finally setting things up is horrible using a standard pen I would use on any other TRP. Has she answered any emails….NO.
    This is not new. This was a common issue about communication and poor customer service before being pregnant, moving, and postal issues which many have made clear. The saddest part of it all the product is BRILLIANT.
    But quit endorsing someone who has been horrible to their customers. The one email I did receive was the so mean. I have worked in retail and customer service for over 15 years and would never treat anyone the way I was. People spend their hard earned money for things. Take that into perspective

      @@tiffanykorb6704 also I don’t have to quit anything. I had a lucky experience and I am going to share it. Don’t spread your frustration to me when it’s with the company. If you constantly get bad service from a coffee shop you don’t get frustrated at the other patrons. I understand there has been poor customer service. Keep at it with her. I can’t do anything about it but I will enjoy my experience and product.

      @@i.am.katiesanders I’m if this felt directed at you. I just think a lot of us are frustrated and when a brand and owner are not taking responsibility and ownership for what has gone on.
      I adore you and your channel. I actually very much go through similar things as you being someone who is neurodivergent and sometimes just getting through my day. Just was kinda an AHHH seeing an endorsement for a brand that at the end of the day maybe YOU have had a good experience from but the MAJORITY has not. And have you actually written in it yet? Mine has horrible bleed threw? With an Engergel Clena

      @ thank you for coming back and explaining. So much frustration!! I get it. It was the stop endorsing part that triggered me as I get that sometimes from others. I don’t take sponsors for that reason as I want to be 100% honest with my experience. And someone who has a good experience can sting for others who haven’t. I knew that when I posted here. And thank you for the kind words. Really. It means a ton. 🥰💗 I did do a pen test last month on the T&P weeks and the paper didn’t do that great. My clena I use in my SI 5 year only but I just use erasable frixions in my main planner since I make so many changes and that did ok. It’s also why I do have a SI A5 backup if the paper just doesn’t work out. This year has been rough for so many reasons and to have a rough planner season too? Ooof. I appreciate you being here and responding back 💕

      @@i.am.katiesandersof course I absolutely adore you would never want you to feel attacked. I do think many customers just feel unheard and that’s where the frustration lies. Not having any response from a company is not fair…I know for me it was not just the wait but now a basic pen bleeds right through and that’s a lot of money to just have ink run right through.
      I ended up getting SI myself cause I know I can rely on them. And I suddenly feel back into Bujo cause I can just quickly make my own setup just how I want and not worry and that’s what I will rely on for 2025.

    I was so excited when I got the notification on the 28th of November that was dispatched , but she hasn’t replied on Instagram or email and the status on DHL is still the same ( handed electronically) and I have no idea if it will arrive before Xmas and I live in Switzerland! Usually it wouldn’t take more than 2 weeks, no comparison between twines and Papertess designs… at this point I’m considering asking for a refund! Awful customer service…

      @@Tptl2012 yes the customer service at PT and SI are amazing and no communication is no customer service. The silence is so frustrating. You may need to go straight to your credit card company and showing there is no movement in the package.

    I think you might be talking about Helen who runs her stationary shop TheCoffeeMonsterzco.
    She uses the half year sections for workout, how many miles she runs and how many steps she takes a day.

      Possibly! It was someone who just filled in the whole box with shading to indicate if they did exercise or not and no other info. I need to look up who that was. I think I found them mid year. But that’s a good guess :)
