  • Wally Nightingale co-founded the band that went on to become the Sex Pistols with Paul Cook and Steve Jones.
The band was originally called The Strand and then The Swankers when they were joined by Glen Matlock who worked as a part-time shop assistant at Malcolm McLaren's shop 'Sex'.
During this time, Wally wrote the song ' Did You No Wrong' which eventually became the B-side of the Sex Pistols' 'God Save The Queen'.
McLaren soon got involved, changed the band name, sacked Wally, recruited a new singer, and the rest is history....
This is our song about the man who became the forgotten Sex Pistol.
