I love how open you are about taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. So many of us often become too busy with life to just remember to slow down, take some deep breaths, and to take some time off for ourselves. Some people might laugh at the idea of taking care of yourself as something silly, but at the end of day….all we truly have is ourselves regardless of those around us, and we need to make sure that our bodies and minds are doing alright.
