      Just an update: I’ve just finished embroidering my design on the machine and it looks so good 👍 so again thank you for taking the time to help me 😁

    When I try to open the params it always says not responding and it freezes what do I do .
    I have a Windows 8.1

      Ok. Just a couple things. Are you trying to set the parameters on one object or many? Doing too many at once will crash my system too.
      Also, make sure the object you are trying to set the parameters for are valid (meaning of you run troubleshoot objects it returns all objects are valid).
      I'll check to see if there are any big reports on windows 8 and parameters when I get a chance.
